Don't know, but it worked for him in this concert. There was that one concert in 1997 where he threw his bass, and that didn't work out for him too well that time.

Fuck, it just sucks that he's dead.

Ben having string problems?

Obviously Ben was experiencing some problems with his bass. Throughout this song hes constantly trying to get it back in tune. Thats just one theory. This also might have been a start of the problems that eventually led to the band's breakup.

Whatever lead to their breakup culminated into shepherd throwing his bass into the stands and taking a separate flight home in Honolulu, Hawaii 1997
