Results based analysis is my irrational hatred, absolutely sick of commentators, pundits and fans who are purely hindsight merchants. Whenever someone has a choice and it doesn’t work for example “why is he shooting there he should’ve squared it” but had the player passed and it got intercepted they’d be moaning “just hit it FFS”

Let's face it mate the commentators and pundits dont commentate on the game they just continue a stream of verbal garbage. Peter Drury and jim Beglin are more about the gorgeous, sumptuous, and delicious. That's the game today more about the actors ( literally) than the game. Its a poor shadow of what it used to be. The game that built its reputation no longer exists. But heh, we are Neanderthals

I’m still not quite over Old Trafford when Davies squared to Mina who slotted but was marginally offside then loads were giving Davies shit for not shooting. The pass was the right option, Mina should have stayed onside. Bloody hell, bad flashback, that. Need a lie down now.
