I enjoyed your conversation. Even though the game didn't matter I was still swearing at the tv 🤣. I agree about starting Chermiti and giving Dobbin some minutes. Chermiti has definitely something about him which is pleasing to see. Keep up your good work lads

You're welcome. I'd love to see Chermiti start against Sheffield United. Still can't get a grip of being safe earlier than we usually are. Big summer coming up for us and everything needs sorting out before next season

Luton av been great this season, our fans never leave early, clap the boys off, I’m glad we had 1 season in the prem but the championship is a better league. I could write down next years prem table with you boys in the bottom 5 as usual. Not much to look for is it? We are not crap 18th best team in the country

I can’t argue with any of that, the club are an absolute mess but have still somehow comfortably stayed up. Can’t see things changing much next season either, but doing the same next season will do for me.

Yep, will be glad to see the back of it. But, as you say, things won’t get any better until ownership is sorted and that’s already dragging on too long.

This is why keeping Dyche next season would be a mistake. Negative boring tactics again , even when there isn't any pressure on us.

I understand this, but looking at it objectively he has done an incredible job to comfortably keep us up. For me, that’s what really matters (though one draw and two losses to Luton this season is terrible)

Dave how many times are you gonna say “try something different”? If I was to write down every combination of player we’ve tried and different lineups it wouldn’t even fit the comment section. We’ve even had Michael Keane play as a 9! What more could we try that he hasn’t already?

I’ve had issues with Luton since we got beat there in 85/86 (I was eight) - some grudges are for life 🤷

We all have mixed opinions on him (I think he’s done a great job overall - even with that horrible run) and there’s no anti-Dyche campaign at all.

@@TheBlueRoomEFC Good, I don't have mixed feelings. I do about many of the resources he has at his disposal. I believe he has just saved out great club from oblivion. I don't really care how he did it he just did it. I hope that we have someone waiting in the shadows for 777 to fall through and hopefully maintaining out Premier shop status will facilitate that. If we had gone down we would be finished. Therefore we should be giving him the credit deserves and continue harp on about the style of football. Let face it Burnley stuck to their style and going down. I guess that's OK because they entertained.

@@JG-us9lu same with Luton. All we heard was how they had a go at teams but would still be below Everton even if they’d had all 16 (?) points taken off. Job done. Ownership still a huge worry, like.
