It really is a tragic double edged sword, admiring these priceless, magnificent jewels... while there is no denying their beauty and the exceptional skill required to create them, one simply cannot forget that for hundreds of years, millions of exploited and starving people slaved away in absolute squallor and died tragic deaths, just so that a select few people could swish around all day, every day, surrounded by an obscene display of wealth and dripping in a decadant collection of priceless jewels (that could have fed, clothed, sheltered and educated thousands of people, for years!

England, and western world had ROBBED Indian, and itheir Heritage. I would never listen to any Britisher talking about our treasure, which they have robbed from us. This should come back to India, specially "Koh-e-Noor" which the old queens wear on her crown.

Ah again showoff of looted ornaments and items from India. No matter what you say, those ornaments and many more treasures were looted from India. So real credit for those ornaments and gems and crafting and sculpting of sculptures and carved stones, all goes to people of ancient India and their advanced technology.
