When I was 13, I met Magnus Carlsen in Copenhagen. He was really nice, but when I asked him how he got so good at chess, his eyes rolled back and he tapped my head and I woke up 4 days later. Really powerful player, a generational talent.

Magnus plays every piece to its absolute best potential. He trades out piece for piece because his end games are the stuff of legend. Tactics and positional game off the charts.
I've played the London ever since I started playing chess it's my first opening and now I'm dominating all thanks to Levy ❤
Man Levy you delivered on this one, we had everything: Magnus, the London, the ROOOOOK! and some very John Madden /NFL style commentary. It was all there plus in Sept. 2023 you are up to 4.22M subs.
Magnus: There is no danger, I am the danger! I am the one who knocks
And this is why Magnus Carlsen has the most aesthetic London system on earth.
dude i raised both hands and got so locked in cause i saw MAGNUS CARLSEN playing the same moves i do and i need to figure out and learn how to play the london better as it was my first opening i learn at like 400 and am now rated 700 thanks to having the london in my pocket SO IM LOCKED IN TO THIS VIDEO BRO AND KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK
I think magnus has been studying WW2 attacking plans more than chess

That game against radoslav with all the pieces on the back rank was absolutely psychotic chess.

i found myself wanting to see the turn counter as you progressed through the match, is that possible? keep up the good work

17:25 "the disadvantage is growing" *advantage shrinks*
Imagine magnus playing london against the best defender hikaru 🥶
your personality just make it so good of an experience
22:15 Black Knight ~> G4, White Knight ~> G4, Black Pawn ~> G4. Either white takes black pawn with queen, or white blunders the bishop. I’m gonna just assume Magnus would play queen to G4 to capture the black pawn…Pawn to F5 (since the knight is now not ruining my piece progression) makes the queen run for the hills etc…
Magnus sacrifices THE ROOOOK. That got me.😂😂😂😂😂😂
5:23 AN ABSOLUTE CLASSIC 👏👏👏
