The black floor in the bathroom makes it look so neat and the kitchen's just splendid. Happy for you Maddie :)

Big News!!! The builders are FINISHED TOMORROW! SO shall I film the flat tomorrow OR wait till the floors are in for a final reveal before decorating and moving in furniture starts?

Film both into one clip. Start it off by showing everything else that's ready and to the end of the clip, add before and after the floors are in?

Wow! A lot of progress has been made since the last video. Your bathroom and kitchen look SO beautiful! They are doing such a good job on your flat so far. Having an working sink is really a big deal, even more after you bought that triangular one (who would really use that?). Oh, have you thought about a ceiling fan yet? That could save some space and even go well with the rest of the decoration of your flat =)

Looking suave, can't wait for the end result.

She bought an old flat that didnt look modern at all and wanted to upgrade it, so in this case, yes. You can see how it used to look in the first video she did.

Jess Rushworth that is naturally the way it is. My feeling is that in some places it is much more common to find places that are already top notch than others.

Like Jess says, it really depends on your situation. I was looking at quite low budget one bed flats in London. For me it made th most sense to buy somewhere that needed a bit of work.
