What's the best balanced Option Cover 1 Robber or Cover 2 Zone? I like running a robber defense and I trust my CB to not get burned but When Offense audibles or Motion into a Twins package My Safety decides the soft zone is a bad spot and try to shot the gap

iRockCityVI stopping the run is surprisingly simple once u figure out gap assignments. Say ur in nickel normal and ur controlling the MLB, ur gap assignment is running through the B gap on runs to the right and running through the A gap on runs to the left. I use Tampa 24/7 and we get very good cleanup with our line and our other linebacker. Our corners just suck lol

For someone that rarely blitzes (still ranked 73rd) would it be beneficial to use auto flip so I have more time for adjustments? In overloaded sets I can just call mable and make my empty side adjustments

Same here.. I am good executing my offense (kind struggle) but once I am 20 and 15 yds away from scoring my offense disappear lol
