I am amazed every time I watch one of these videos. People come to work in their pajamas and bedroom slippers. No work boots around heavy steel. Clothes that could burn up in an instant. I feel sorry for the guy on the cutting torch. Don't you guys know that you need cutting goggles when operating a cutting torch to keep from burning your retinas? And they help when pieces of slag hits your face and possibly eyes. Only a very few have work gloves. How many fingers are burned and cut and severed? How many feet and toes are broken or cut off? How many eye injuries occur? Has nobody there heard of a work bench? Everyone works on the ground and squat like they are taking a dump. The entire workplace if simply filthy. I see people chipping welding slag with no eye protection. And never wire wheel or brush welds. The welding process is very sloppy with incorrect welding rod angles. How weak can those be? One of the guys hanging around could at least use a rake and clean up the areas you work in. Disgusting. The lathes have cuttings piled up all around them. A stray spark could set it all on fire. The metal piles are simply unorganized. Close enough? Pieces of wire on the lathes to check center. Tape measures and rulers to check dimensions. Egyptian calipers to measure diameters? Does anyone there have dial calipers and micrometers? I'm never sure if I am watching a Mad Max or Planet of the Apes movie when I watch one of these "Amazing" videos. It's "Amazing" nobody is sent to the hospital or worse.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and observations. HH appreciate your engagement and want to shed light on the unique aspects of our machining environment. Our videos aim to showcase the reality of machining in certain underdeveloped regions, where resources and safety standards may differ from more industrialized areas. While it's true that workers face challenges, it's essential to recognize the resilience and resourcefulness of people. In these environments, individuals often make the best of what they have, utilizing creativity and skill to overcome obstacles. The choice of attire and equipment may not always align with conventional safety standards, but it's a testament to the adaptability and determination of our craftsmen. They understand the importance of safety, and continuously strive to improve our practices within the constraints of our surroundings. Your insights provide valuable perspectives, and we appreciate your understanding of the unique conditions they operate in. Our goal is not only to showcase machining processes but also to highlight the industrious spirit of those working in less privileged areas. Your support and understanding contribute to our mission of sharing the diversity of machining practices around the world. Thank you again for your thoughtful comments and for being part of our community.

Hammering everything, because they dont't fit together. Coldwelding. They dont even know how to sharpen a tool. Strugling many times, because lack of basic tools, what they could/should make themselves. Demaged parts, by dropping om the ground/oon eachother. No safety equipment. Dirt is everywhere, its more like a rat nest, than a workshop.
