I'm just remarking that this video is from Season 2 in 2014, presumably when they were still working out the kinks, but even though it looks like they're playing in a den just off the kitchen, the sound quality, camerawork, and table banter are better than anybody else on the internet. Sometimes I'll hear about a game that I'm interested in and the first thing I do is look up whether the Game Night crew has played it (and get disappointed if they haven't). P.S. I love Lincoln's "put the lime in the coconut" shirt.

I have two young daughters so I think this would be a good game for them - not too much downtime and not too strategic. Love how you guys allow each other to have a say in things, never really talking over each other.

I feel the camera should've zoomed in closer maybe focusing only on the card pool & not the player's hands during purchases, so the viewer can see what the cards do.

Lincoln forgot to pay Dave 3 coins when he rolled a 9 at 38:12.....just wanted to put that out there.....pay attention to what you have when playing this game because I find myself having to remind my opponents multiples times even though I didn't wanted to.....

Everyone but Dave forgot to get coins for their wheat fields at 21:36. And don't you go again if you roll doubles?

As much as I like splendor I'm gonna have to go with machi koro with both expansion of course

So the game is better and more strategic if you just play without the bakery cards, like everyone can start with a bakery card but never have more then one

sau, you only roll again on doubles if you've built the Radio Tower landmark. But, alas, it does look like Nikki, Lincoln, and Aaron maybe didn't collect their 1 money :( I say "maybe" because there might be an edit there... I hope..?

my experience is the amusement park landmark lets you throw again on a double /the radio tower allows you can throw again if you don 't like your initial throw (the one costs you 22coins)

Cool game but we only play it with that rule : whatever comes which I do not know how it‘s called in English Then not every card is available from the beginning and you definitive need the Expansion on that cause it gets you stuff on 6es orherwise in our games everybody kept rushing to buy the stores because its gets you the most money out of one die

Jonathan, I love Pandemic and there is a chance it will happen, but likely not until next season. But if a slot opens up we will put that one in. Additionally, I need to get the new version.

I am just not seeing the love for this game at all - it just seems like Traps (I think) or some other ancient dice game with some cards thrown in

You are all buying only 1 Ranch or Wheat field in your first turns. If you would just spend all your coins on all ranches and then buy Cheese Factories, you wait for 7's and win the game. Right?

+Joost Nauw You can only buy ONE thing per turn. Only one. This strategy is also valid but requires having enough to keep buying ranches, buying the cheese factory, and finishing the train station.
