    sir, very nice, mujhe 15 days se knee pain ho raha tha. Bahit exercise kiya, hot water se seka.kam nahi ho raha tha maine aap ke ye video dekhte dekhte 5 x 30 sec. kiya really its work .mera 50% pain relief hua. Thank you sir.
