Sir डॉक्टर ने कहा है कि अभी शुरुवात है और एक्सरे में गैप भी दिख रहा है लेकिन हल्का हल्का दर्द होता है और डॉक्टर ने नीचे बैठने और सीढ़ी चढ़ने को भी मना किया है और खाली एक्सरसाइज करने को कहा है और sir मेरी उम्र अभी 40साल है और मै अभी दुबई में काम करता हूं डॉक्टर से पूछने पर ज्यादा बताते नहीं है sir मुझे सलाह दीजिए कि मैं कौन सी एक्सरसाइज करू

Sir meri legament fat gaya hai aur gjutna bhi ghish raha hai to ya exersise karungi to thik ho sakta hai ?aur 15 -20 minit khadi ho jati hu to ghitna aur piche ki side tite ho jata hai pls muje bataye
