🐔材料：里脊肉300克切块
✔️粉浆：天妇罗粉-3勺、玉米淀粉1勺、咖喱粉1勺、盐1勺、胡椒粉1勺、1颗蛋、适量的水
✔️咸蛋奶油醬汁：咸蛋黄4颗、牛油、蒜末、小辣椒2根 、咖喱葉適量、淡奶400ml、糖1勺、鸡粉1勺
做法:
1.把里脊肉切块，加入粉浆腌制半小时
2. 处理咸蛋黄，蒸熟取出压碎
3.热油，锅中下一把咖喱叶炸香取出，然后中火再把猪块炸，3分钟左右捞起滤干油
4.把牛油放入锅，用中小火溶解加入蒜末爆香，然後加入咖喱叶和小辣椒一起爆香最后加入咸蛋碎一起炒至泡泡
5.加入淡奶煮滾后，再加入糖&鸡粉一起攪拌均勻。
6.然後把猪肉塊加入，拌匀即可上碟；准备开饭了😋
