The shower is fine but could use a couple of seats for those who may need to sit down, and/or be handicapped. Young people never think about the handicapped or elderly and what amenities they will need.. The long staircase can also have an added stairlift.

Wow, very nice layout.

You know what would be cool? The outside entrance to this house is like a brick corridor and seems very secure. It would be cool to have a hidden roll down metal gate that could be activated by your doorbell camera. Then when some dillhole pops into your porch to steal your Amazon packages, the gate rolls down and BOOM! The rat is caught in the trap! Then you can tell him/her to take the notebook you have put under the welcome mat and sit there and write "I will never steal packages off porches again." Make them write it like 500 times. When they finish, have them stand near the gate and leave the Amazon package on the welcome mat. Tell them you're going to open the gate just enough for them to crawl out, but if they try to run back and take the package with them, this time you'll slam it shut again and call the cops. Wow, I can't believe my brain had all that going on before we even open the door to go inside on this house tour lol. Ok, I'll edit if I think I need to say more later on in the tour. 💜🙂 Edit: I liked this floor plan. If I can imagine how a home would look dressed up for Christmas, then it's good. I can definitely imagine this one in Christmas dressing.

The color gray is going to run in season just for a minute but I can assure you when they return back to another color, it's going to be all once again earth-tone you can never go wrong with Earth Tone colors. Then everybody is going to be spending a lot of money to flip houses over to Earth Tone colors

I get what you mean however the video is well done so seeing your reflection doesn't ruin it for me. We still get to see the homes. The shower is very narrow and the main level spaces are smallish. While beautifully appointed its perhaps not the best use of 3600SF. I've seen much smaller homes live much larger than this one. Thanks so much for the tour!!!

Love looking at Texas houses. They got the best for the best price. But I have no interest in living there

The closet is ill-designed. Think of Men's and Women's dressing closets with ample storage, seating for getting dressed and then for proper storage of wardrobe. You guys need an interior designer. You don't mention how the foundation is prepared, and hurricane straps or reinforcements for wind storms. Learn how to design a house on the coast that will stand up to foundation changes such as pier & beam with post tension cable and extra thick cement over the top of the base cover of the beams. The walls need to be reinforced with hurricane straps, foam insulation, a plastic-wrapped frame, and then the outer wall of Tybek insulation and Brick Veneer. This house is all show and has no security for the buyer.
