You need to do some homes like this at Christmas when they’re decorated up! That fireplace is WOW! And the one outside is a bonus. Love the kitchen/ dining room. Do I see a 💃🏼PANTRY🕺🏼?! That’s a pantry + a pantry! Those bedrooms have massive closets. And the master bed and bath, fancy! That shower would put me in a trance! Wouldn’t need the tub.

This is a true multigenerational abode! Grandma, Grandpa, children with their family as well as a few siblings could live together comfortably in this one!😅 It is an amazing "mansion"! Thank you for the adventure Chance! P.S. that pantry should have had a double pantry dance!😁

Oh my lottery house is no joke using a metal barn kit to make a two story house finished beautifully but by me. Hire out the slab and the shell (possibly the spray insulation for walls and ceiling) but everything inside that I can do I Will ;) it’s how I make my living anyway (mostly bathrooms and kitchens but lots of tear out jobs) so surely a retirement style house with extra bedrooms upstairs :)

I have to agree with you on that. If I had the chance to win the lottery I'd buy that house or have me build. I love everything about it

A pantry that large needs electrical outlets. Double ovens and a gas stove, PERFECT. Center island should be marble for pastry baking. Big room upstairs is a craft/sewing room. One of the bedrooms for the cats so they can look out the window. My dream house ìf I could afford such a beauty. Don't worry about the length of your video, we want to see everything you have to show. Keep up the great work and God bless you and yours.

This would be 800k on the low end here in TX, and maybe 1.2mil on the high end.

This was a fun tour! No chance of ever living in one like it, but it was amazing to see! With a pantry dance and everything! It would be really cool if it had been furnished. Wow Chance This is a gorgeous home. I love the huge windows in this home The pantry is grand . Like you said a pantry in a pantry. Love it . The fireplaces inside and out are perfect . The quartz in the kitchen and bathrooms s beautiful. The bedrooms and closets with all the built ins are perfection. The main bedroom is remarkable. The master bath is beautiful The shower and the tub and storage with built ins is amazing. I would imagine this home is truely a mansion. You took us on the best with this tour. This is gorgeous! I was not disappointed when I saw that there was an upstairs area with rooms. I love the layout of the house and the master bathroom shower is perfect!

That's a huge dazzling home. The storage attic includes another storage attic above the storage attic! And that pantry! Lots of room. I'd guess the front part of the pantry would be for items that you'd use up more quickly, and the other part for non-perishable items. The closets in all the bedrooms are huge. You could almost turn those closets into more bedrooms. I'd hate to be the person changing the lightbulbs in that front entry. It's a beautiful home.

Oh My Gosh! What a gorgeous home! My daughters were watching with me and I think we all needed a drool bib. We could fit our three generations in something like this with room to spare! Absolutely stunning! Thank you Chance.

I laughed when you talked about the "bad" food section of the pantry. But you don't put the healthy food in front so it's within easy reach; you put it in front so it's what guests who inevitably take a peek see first! On a side note, there's a mail order food company called Goldbelly that plays your pantry dance music on their KZread ads. It threw me when I saw their first ad; I was thinking, "Why does Chance have ads, and why is he showing all these pictures of food?!?"

I like the high pitch roofs like that. This reminds me of another big one you toured. It had the same issues, nearly a $Million and no front Coat Closet and it really needs a guest half bath. That front room I think was a formal dining room and it could be made into the needed closet and half bath. I'd want a door into the Master Closet from the bedroom area, close off the one in the bathroom. Move the microwave higher. Other than those things it was a great place. We didn't get to see the garage area. I saw a show on TV today that was not close to a mansion and it had the best layout for a Master Bath I have ever seen. It had what I think of like a semi Scandanavian Master Bath. There was a bathtub, spa, and shower in their own tiled and walled-off area...a wall of glass with a door. In a room like that, you can hose down the whole room to clean it. Some Scandanavian bathrooms are completely made that way, with all tile, and waterproof fixtures and there is a floor drain so you can hose down the whole room, vanity, toilet, shower, and tub. Very clean environment.

Chance, this is what Saturdays are all about. I believe you refer to these videos as new-build Saturday. I loved everything about this house. You won't hear any complaints from me on this home. Keep the amazing videos coming our way.

This house is my dream house oh my gosh. The open spacious rooms and the kitchen is gorgeous- my favorite areas of a home are the kitchen, dining room and back yard. The sweetest memories within a home are the memories we have of loved ones around us. 🥰 I love the light neutral soothing colors. The light wood color and light grey marbled design for flooring seamlessly blend together with the beautiful neutral shades of the interior and exterior design of this house to create an airy clean atmosphere. I loooovvee alot of windows in a home to let the bright light in and it helps to keep a light, uplifting energy. The outside of the house is immaculate with so many beautiful trees...I love trees! Yup this is one big old sappy tree hugger here. 😍- I would immediately dress up that yard with some serious flower power 🤣 and do some landscaping. Gorgeous bright colored flowers, garden archways and fancy white lights. A large table would be lovely for candle lit dinners and also a firepit for family and friends to gather around. Have some nice outdoor accent lighting.....it would be a wonderful escape...... fancy cookouts or just chill and laid back dinner parties with wine and the kids running around with sparklers 😊 And the closet space with nice shelving- that one walk in closet with all the shelving and island cabinet/drawers looks like the closets I've seen in celebrity homes on TV. Imagine the holidays in this house! 🥰 If had a home like this I would stay living there until I'm old and dead no problem lol.

Oh. My. Gosh. I'm in love! The whole house is my ultimate PowerBall winner home! Perfect for guest/close relatives to visit and stay during family reunion. #1 on my wish I could afford it list! Did my own pantry dance! LOL! Thanks for the tour!

WOW WOW WOW!! This house is friggin fraggin stellar, just phenomenal, with the exception of ALL THE WHITE CABINETRY! I'd love to see some stick built homes with stained wood or other painted color(s) (besides white) cabinetry, or a combination of stained wood and painted wood. The white quartz countertops are beautiful! That's where I don't mind white in a kitchen! The room sizes impress me! They are just absolutely huge, as are the closets! I could absolutely live in this place! I'd just have to hit the Powerball or Mega Millions first! I love this house! I'd love to see the floorplan! And Chance, that upstairs room over the garage would be a game room with a pool table and a shuffleboard table. Heck, there may even be enough room for a bumper pool table, or a poker table! I'm in awe of the amount of space in this home!
