This is OUR dreamhouse. It's grand and luxurious but not show off or too regal ...it's inviting and homey! My 6 year says this is our dream house and I agree! We live in Manor Texas now. I love the gates on the stairways and how functional it is. Thanks for showcasing this. Blessings to the owners

One thing I love about homes like this is that there is actual land. Meaning you can have a family with small kids and have them run around outside, play catch and do all kinds of things. Those California homes on the side of a mountain or the Florida homes on the ocean have no real outdoor space for any of that.

Born and raised in Texas and everything in Texas is bigger that doesn't annoy me not one bit, nor anyone I know we take Pride in that ❤

I see a lot of tours where folks will skip “unexciting” rooms/features of the house but I like that you all show everything including unstaged guest bedrooms. I appreciate the fact that y’all show every room in the house with the exception of ones that would compromise the privacy of the home owners. I could sit and watch these videos all day. ❤

The personality and fun you all let shine through in this video truly made this house look and feel like a home. Excellent work, gentlemen. You guys nailed it big, by being personable as well as professional in this one. 👏🏻 My most favorite one by far. Many smiles and good wishes your way!

Agreed. Production is on point. It felt like touring two different homes. First was a spacious place of rest and luxury. That master shower!!!!! The bottom floor was just pure fun. Only complaint is a billiards nut is that there was only a single table. If it were me, I'd have a pair of 9', 8' & 6' tables to host tournaments of different billiards games. I would likely never leave that house.

Funny that, I lived in Dallas working first job out of university as Architect intern during the last years of Dallas T V show on CBS, this dates me back in late 1080s, LOL! We designed hotels, homes, etc. & whilst in Dallas toured many new huge homes back then! Wow this home built 2017 far exceeds anything!! I bet "J R Ewing" would have upgraded Southfork Ranch House with ideas & design amenities that you show so well here! Love your reaction in baseball cage, LOL!! Thanks for posting this awesone tour & showing you self& team enjoying the features.....anyone use the swimming pool & slide?? Cheers!!

This is definitely not a mansion, this is a luxury castle! Its entertainment level is exactly bigger than some playgrounds in my country! This is actually not that big. There are some ranches here with 10000 acres and more . And house is 4x bigger . They usually drill on the land

The behind the scene footage actually works pretty well in this. Made me realize something I didn't before. Yeah it's nice to see these amazing houses, but seeing them lived in and used makes them feel much more homely, if that makes sense.

Enes and the team never cease to amaze me with their videos. I have been watching for over a year now and literally watch the new vids within hours of posting. I have re-waTched so many as well. Love this channel 💜

One of my favorite tours of yours! A beautiful home with plenty of luxury but still functionable, enjoyable, livable and useable spaces.

Another great video , LOVED how you kind of included the bloopers into the actual video itself. I appreciated the laughs along with learning about the property.

This isn't just a house it is a magnificent home. With the size an scale of all the rooms they still managed to make this home feel so welcoming an homey. Minimalist approach was exactly the way to go. I could go on an on but let me close with saying I wouldn't change anything about this breathtaking estate.

As a baseball player this is by far my favorite. I need to sit down with watch the whole tour. Edit: by far the best tour. You were so interactive and watching you use the trampolines and bowling alleys. I laughed so hard when they were in the batting cage and he said "oh hell no"

This is easily one of the most fun houses we've seen on the channel in a very long time. So many houses toured on the channel are filled with opulence and luxury, but feel like showrooms and museums of the elite. This house, although larger and likewise filled with its share of luxury, really feels like a house that could be a home, to be lived in and enjoyed. This video was incredibly enjoyable and I'm glad you had the chance to tour the house and share it with the channel.

The owner of this house is in heavy construction. The locals enjoyed watching it being built, it's shockingly unsuspecting from the street. It's obviously a big house but most in Southlake are.

I can understand why you'd want to "learn". But based on my experience working with people who would have the resources to build this kind of estate, they generally would never sit down to talk about their jobs, wealth, etc, in this kind of public format. It can be a security issue and they don't like their privacy being exploited or revealed to the general public. A few do...but it's generally frowned upon in the circles these people keep.

Enes, you have toured some amazing homes all around the globe. But this is the first time where a place you tour feels inviting. Where it almost is asking, begging you, anyone really to come over and hang out and have fun. That's so rare, and not even something I realized mattered to me until I saw this. Zero chance I could ever afford this unless that lottery ticket hits, haha. But having space for friends & family, and their families, to come and enjoy themselves is such a huge thing. This home has that critical element better than almost any home I've ever seen. Great tour, excellent job showcasing everything it has to offer, and congrats to whomever the future owner is. May they and their family enjoy it for a long time to come.

This is why you guys are the A-Team. Your genuineness shines through... there isn't an once of pretentiousness.

I love the random clip inserts & the input from Mikey, it adds a kind of "welcoming" feel to the video for me atleast. Professionalism is great but showing personality is so nice to watch. Awesome video!

Best video by far. Very nice to see the guys having fun. I laughed several times throughout the video. Love this house. The jeweled sink is gorgeous along with the blue light. Also the chandelier in the wine room was pretty cool. Very beautiful but also lots to do for the family. I would get rid of anything to do with baseball too. Thanks for the video.

As beautiful as other homes are on the channel, only one other house has impressed me as much as this home! (And that was the $12M castle in Colorado.) This Texas home is the best home I’ve seen, and by far has THE best gym!!!! (And other magnificent amenities as well!)

I agree about that house in Colorado....it was eventually sold for $9 mil+. My other favorite house was that one in Flotida. It's only downside was that the neighbors were so close, but that beach access way compensated. The details inside were spectacular. Loved it.
