If you were to take a quick 10 minute drive straight from the heart of Dallas, Texas, you’ll find one of the most beautiful mansions in the world. We realize that may seem like a statement that’s too good to be true, but once you hear what this mansion has in store for you, well, we’re sure that you’ll agree. It’s got everything you could ever dream of-- including two movie theatres, a gym, and even a 10 car garage. But the most astonishing amenity? That would have to be it’s 750,000-gallon swimming pool, complete with a multi-million dollar waterpark. And did we mention it’s…. Haunted!? As in ghosts. Goblins. Mummies. Skeletons. Bats. Oh, you heard that right. The most unbelievable private waterpark you’ll likely ever see just so happens to also be one of the most spooky water parks you’ll ever see as well. And it cost a fortune to build. You better believe it. Today we are takin’ a trip down south to the Lone Star State, and looking at one of the most beautiful mansions ever built, and it’s creepy waterpark located in the backyard, and we’ll close things out by exploring all there is to see inside this 28 million dollar estate! This isn't a house/mansion, this is a castle.
And do you know why no other person is buying it in 28 million dollars. Consider the maintenance cost of waterpark in backyard. And amount for gallons amout of water used or wasted there...

You guys got to have Enes Yilamar to do a complete house tour of this masterpiece of a beautiful mansion. And have him do this mansion Justice he does the best house tours here on KZread. And just a 8 minute long house tour isn't enough time to show everything this house has to offer.

Would you buy it? I mean it's dated AF and would need a complete makeover - he keeps saying how the water park alone cost 10 million - now imagine having to put 5 extra million in getting it up to date. This property has to go under 15mill for it to be sold, so much tack to get rid off for new owners

Yeah it’s cool but what I really didn’t like was that you were going here and there about the house. Start off Inside and then outside or vice versa. You spoiled most of it in the beginning then just elaborated more on it.

I wish you only used video from the property you are showcasing and didn't include video from other houses. For example, in this video you include video with a brown slide but this house doesn't have a slide that is brown.

Bet that waterpark costs a minimum of 200k a yr to maintain.
My Manison bigger and that but my own water park cost 48 million and it has hidden rooms if u want to come over to my Maga Manison 15 dollars per person it was 500 dollars but that's not the price to but it it is 68 million dollars so 15 dollars per month to hang out and have fun.

I could have bought this with the Covid relief money. Darn. I could have enjoyed it for a few months until the Feds put me in a jail cell 6X6, metal bed and metal toilet, free meals, no taxes, color TV, daily basketball practice, all amenities of Club Fed Resort. What else does one need?
