Since you opened the proverbial “can of worms” on the VMA performances it’s only fitting you check out their second performance which is a little ditty called Evolve. Fair “warning”, you better strap into your chairs because this song is closer to Choke than More if Choke was on steroids. Presently there’s this little show that took place in August of 2022 in the Teatro Metropolitan (Metropolitan Theatre) in Mexico City (CDMX) which is available on TW’s KZread channel in single song or complete concert format that is considered the Gold Standard of TW live performances. Wouldn’t be a bad source of possible future TW reactions. Once again, you have been “warned” that repeated exposure to the contents of this show may result in risk of falling into a TW rabbit hole that is all but impossible to escape. TW recently completed a series of three high production shows in their homeland of Mexico that will likely be combined in a master show that will likely supersede the Teatro Met shows at some point in 2024 in conjunction with a new album release as well so many exciting things to look forwards to concerning TW.

The VMAs got rocked that night! You should see Evolve from the same show, they really get the crowd into the performance.

Daniela (Dany) is lead guitarist and vocalist. Paulina (Pau), is drummer and second vocalist. Alejandra ( Ale), is bass player and backup vocalist. Each one of them also plays piano and keyboards. Pau is the biggest songwriter but they all contribute and collaborate. For next reactions, in addition to Evolve at the VMA awards, I would recommend Dany's When I'm Alone. She wrote this when she was 15 at the Berkeley School of Music in Boston. She was extremely homesick and depressed and had an assignment to write a song. This is the result and it was on their first album! I would recommend the version at Teatro metropolitan 2022.

Nice reaction. I also suggest you do their other performance from the VMA'a with Evolve. To me this is their best live performance of this song and also their best of Evolve. Evolve is a banger. Get ready if you react to it.

Their harmonies complete the infectious sound these sisters create. I have seen them live 4 times and can't wait for my next.

"Evolve" by The Warning at the MTV VMAs is an outstanding performance! But I'll bet Lulu just might like their official music video of "Disciple" a tad better. Dany, Alejandra and Paulina are wearing full military uniforms as they sing with fancy caps and a bunch of medals on their uniforms ! My fellow Leatherneck, Timberwolf 762, is right Evolve is outstanding. They've got so many good songs out, originals and covers, but my favorite of theirs is their version of "Enter Sandman" from Teatro Metropolitan CDMX last year. It's not a cover, it's just their version of the song.

Great reaction! You must checkout their performance of Evolve, also at the VMA's. They crushed it! I also concur with a previous comment about their 2022 concert at the Teatro Metropolitan in Mexico City. You can't miss with any choice from that set list.

I saw The Warning in August and loved every minute. They're fun, intense, easy to watch, and top-notch musicians and performers. I recorded "More" from that show and uploaded it to my channel if you'd like to watch that version too; I'm not asking for a reaction, just something I mention in case people want more of "More."
