煲煮羅漢果水/茶方法:材料:羅漢果1個,2L水方法:1個羅漢果洗淨,把它剝開一半或剝成小塊放入鍋中並加入約2公升水一起煮,以大火煮開再轉成慢火煮15 - 20 分鐘。焗10分鐘,即成。熱飲、冷飲佳可。
