Too be honest it is natural right? Because nothing was put into her lower eye area but instead remove from her own skin… to me some of these surgery are *cleanings* I mean no plastics or some other material were inserted right?

Well, it's misleading in a way because she also had her upper lids done and her eyebrows raised. And possibly other things things.
She looks amazing. I have the same issue with my underage bags. I’m having these removed in July. Super excited to get rid of them.

Bags under the eyes are caused when the tissue structures and muscles supporting your eyelids weaken. The skin may start to sag, and fat that's usually around the eye can move into the area below your eyes. Fluid also can easily gather there as well, Not to mention genetics and aging.

Of course! Our patient's get checked before surgery. If it's a kidney problem we can't help. So no point to do the surgery.

Oh really. I didnt know this. My dad had them bad so i figured it was genetic. But he also had kidney cancer for years and the drs didnt discover it. Actually my dad is the one who noticed a large knot in his side. Turned out his kidney was huge and not functioning by then. He passed away with it 5 weeks to the day that the results came back that it was cancer. We were told that his type of cancer is genetic so i tell the drs to keep an eye on my kidneys. Several years ago i had a kidney test where they ran dye through and they were fine. But the bags have gotten worse the past few years. The weird thing is when they said that my dads was genetic not 1 person in the family had anything like it. Since then 1 of his brothers passed with it. Another of his brothers had it but caught it in time. A cousin passed with it and recently another cousin let me know she has it. So i guess it really is genetic. I will ask my dr to send me to a specialist just to be on the safe side. Thanks for the information.
