At first, my heart was broken that a woman in her 30s thought she’d need a facelift- but as usual, if we listen, we learn. The resulting minor changes look lovely. After all of the hormonal changes that she experienced WAY too soon, she deserved the pick-me-up that I’m sure she felt! Lovely, natural, subtle… that’s the way it should be.

She looks great in both anyway but she looks even better in her after-partly because of the procedure and partly with make up/lighting/hair done etc.

I don’t think a lot of people realize how difficult an abrupt menopause at a young age is. It does a number physically and emotionally on you. I’m glad she was able to do something nice for herself. She deserves it.

@@strawberryme08it is, but there is actually a build up of more consequences since she went through menopause closer to 30 than 50. It’s not just skin health but also things like bones. She probably is at higher risk for osteoporosis compared to the average woman who experiences menopause later. I genuinely thought at first ahe was closer to 50 years old rather than in her 30s.

For most people who have surgical procedures, I think looking refreshed and looking good for your age is the goal. I think they achieved that here. She still has some eye crinkles, she still has a little freckling which add to her aesthetic, not detract from it. There are always people who want a complete transformation and thats okay as well. ❤

I’m not gonna lie when I saw facelift at 37 I was gonna say something negative, but when she talked about the menopause and hysterectomy I totally understood where she was coming from.

@shordy77 maybe it was something that bothered her. It's her body, maybe things you see as trivial were things hurting her self esteem and making her feel she looked older than she is. The results of the lift look natural and subtle, it doesn't look like she's had work done. I think that's cosmetic produres at their finest...results that look natural where you still look like yourself but are enough to renew one's self esteem and feeling/looking youthful.

@@BelovedofGod14black don’t crack. Your skin is radiant and will stay that way until you’re in your late 60’s if not, 70’s. I think she looked more aged because of the color coordination of her hair and her skin being tanned. She looks “beachy” which in my opinion does age you. In the second video she has a flat/solid tan, which is the result of staying out of the sun to heal, giving her an overall matte look. Its incredible what transitioning one little piece of fat from your body can do for you. Who would have thought that something so magical could happen under the most minimalistic circumstances. ❤

So nice that you can provide these treatments to people that just want to feel better about themselves. She looks great and natural.

There's also a filter on the After shot. You can see different parts of her face glitching and blurring as she moves. It was a great result, but it's not how it really turned out.

I have suffered from PCOS Polycystic ovary syndrome since I was 17. I had premenopausal symptoms very young. However I was able to do a few things that stopped me from suffering full menopause at a way too young age. 30 is way too young, the hormones are so important. Congratulations to this young woman finding an excellent doctor who helped enhance her natural beauty. We need more stories like this❤

I was going comment on how lucky she is BUT after learning of what she has been through she is far from lucky . You deserve every bit of this. I am so glad you were able to get the funds to have it. You look even more beautiful and as youthful as you should be. God bless you :)

I am not keen on the idea of cosmetic surgery BUT this made sense to me. A young woman in her 30’s experiencing changes to her face that were aging her ahead of time and out of her control. Her request/ surgeons recommendation was not over the top and not trying to look like someone else! She was clear about what she wanted help with and the surgeon delivered- great job! In the end she looked wonderful but most importantly satisfied!

You look fabulous! I had breast cancer when I was 32, chemo put me in menopause, and had a complete hysterectomy at 40. I so understand how lack hormones age us. I am so happy for you! At 65, wish I could get a much needed facelift.

Same happened to me, but from chemo for aml and a bone marrow transplant. I was a bit older so I can accept it a bit more so. However it doesn’t change the fact that the lack of hormones aged me tremendously! I definitely understand why she wanted the lift.

@@sjohnson65456 Premature Ovarian Failure(although it has changed name in recent years) I don't know the reason for this lady but, there is no real answer for most. I had symptoms in my late 20's and by 32 it was completely over for me. Unfortunately I had the worst symptoms and it made my life miserable for many years. The worst of which of course was ruining my dream of having children.

@@sjohnson65456It can be genetic. But in her case I would guess cancer treatment since she said she got an hysterectomy. Or maybe she had really bad endometriosis. Both scenarios fuck up the hormones. And with hysterectomy you lose the estrogen production completely.

At first I was like nah… she doesn’t need it. Then I hear how her body changed at a very young age and caused her to age prematurely. This procedure knocked 10 years off of her. Fantastic job ❤

She looks utterly beautiful it's fantastic. I've had early menopause and I've aged so bad😢 This lady looks so natural. It's A gentle lift but very much still her.

The lines in her eyes weren't removed, which is natural at her age and I love that. The changes only made her whole face fresh looking and brighter compared before.

I was absolutely shocked that she's only 37. She went from looking mid 50's to mid 20's. She looks AMAZING!!

So happy to see the comments so positive. I normally don’t approve of cosmetic surgery, but there are circumstances where I can understand and this is one of them. She is not setting some unreachable precedent for other women and trying to look 20, but instead just claiming back her identity and self-esteem because her face probably changed unusually quickly over the last few years. Wow!! She looks amazing! I turn 40 this year, and I decided I was tired of being overweight and out of shape. I set a goal to lose 40 pounds by my 40th birthday in November! I've lost 30 pounds, so I'm almost there! However, I noticed that now my neck has some sagging. I am considering this procedure once I reach my goal weight.

Holy moly! This may be one of the best transformations I have ever seen! It is so subtle yet so effective! This is art!

I always kind of frown upon facelifts but whenever I see clips like this, I'm shocked at how natural and effective they can be. I can't imagine how much better she feels. Beautiful work!

Menopause can make you look older over night, and then add to it a hysterectomy. I went through early menopause until it was a done deal at 40. I miss how plump and glowy my skin looked like after a monthly. 😢

She definitely didn’t look late 30s. She said she had early menopause which causes rapid aging. I am 39 and look about like she does now so I would say she looks her age now.

Wow! She been through it at a young age.

If most people went with the subtle approach to cosmetic surgeries, their results would be as lovely as this lady’s. She looks beautiful, and if her strategy was more heavy handed, I don’t think she could have attained such an aesthetic appearance.

She truly looked beautiful before as well.

I so understand how shes feeling. I had total hysterectomy at 29. After healing, it took me a year to fully get all my strength back due to me going back to work just less than 4 wks after surgery, working 60-80 hrs/week……very stupid on my part but it was my first promotion to management and i wanted to get back. I dont recommend that at all!! Now, to the skin. I was good til my earmy 50s then all of a sudden everything went south…due to marital issues, and finally getting out of a marriage very abusive situation for 21 years i have not had financial means to have surgery. I am going to get bleph on my eyes soon, for medical reasons my eyes are so hooded its a problem seeing properly. I applaud this lady. She looks beautiful both befor and after!!!❤

I like that she didn't go nuts with the eyes. It always makes women look like plastic dolls. And no weird fake lips the size of couch cushions. This is understated but meant a lot to her, and she looks naturally beautiful. ❤

Was shocked when I saw she wanted plastic surgery bc I think she's beautiful and gorgeous as she is. Sometimes, we don't see that we're already beautiful.

I went through plastic surgery myself and I am now more convinced than ever, that it is not the way to go. I now strive to look the best I can without interventions, chemicals that can cause inmune diseases and love/accept myself as I am. The way of plastic surgery took me Slowly to a deeper path of shallowness and endless “opportunities” to look better with risky procedures (disguised as innocent ones)

This is why I love this doctor! He makes a better version of you! You don’t lose your looks! He enhances them! Bravo!

I think this is the first face lift I've seen that actually looks good.

I appreciate the natural look after her face lift. Where it focused on the skin around her jaw and neck...it didn't pull the upper face all taunt, and didn't make her eyebrows and eyes look pulled back unnaturally. She was beautiful before and didn't " need" it, but the results were well done.

She looks so much more youthful. It's incredibly natural looking.

Oh my goodness. Why did she start menopause so early? I just turned 37 in April & decided to come off of birth control after 21 YEARS of being on it so my hormones are adjusting at the moment. I can’t imagine what she’s gone through & to begin that journey at the young age of 30. My heart breaks for her. She looked beautiful before & she looks phenomenal now!!! I sure hope she feels as great as she looks!!!! Xoxo

@@UsandEveryoneWeKnow the only reason I’m aware of is due to having a hysterectomy. That will throw a woman into surgical menopause but she said she began menopause at age 30 & had a hysterectomy at age 34. Please do share some of the reasons that you’re aware of because I’d really like to know.

Premature menopause which is preceded by Premature ovarian failure (POF) cause is not known. There are medical reasons why someone can go into POF followed by menopause like hysterectomy, cancer treatments which stops or drastically reduces ovarian function. But there are instances where women’s ovaries just stop working and they go into POF and subsequently premature menopause. The first sign of this is when one’s period stops for several months. A gynecologist can do blood tests and ultrasound to determine if one has gone into POF.

It’s due to the endocrine disruptors we are constantly bombarded with, on a daily basis. They wreak absolute metabolic and hormonal havoc.

Prime years? Who gets to judge when these are? I'm 66 and still feel in my prime. Cosmetic surgery at this age just results in the need for more in 10/20/30 years - she was lovely before the surgery.

My Mother has given birth to six children and she is in her 50s, you would think she is in her thirties. in the other hand my father has never given birth but he looks like someone that has given birth to six babies. people are always shocked when they learn her real age she always tells me if you want to look young, you have to pray and be grateful plus she never uses make up she only use natural stuff that her ancestors used in east Africa. but I most be honest an say praying and being grateful certainly help, and it removes the daily first world stress.

Will never be able to understand how she feels. I get irregular periods and have fertility issues at 33. Sometimes, it makes me feel worthless because I have always wanted to be a mom. Even as a kid, I knew I wanted a family. Even the process of birth fascinated me. Very grateful I haven’t gone through full menopause, as I don’t know if I would be strong enough
