It's called Blepharoplasty surgery or (Bleph) it usually last 5-7 years and then begin to sag again over time. Lower 7,000 to 7,5000 or less but it depends sometimes insurance covers it.

The surgery is called a Lower blepheroplasty. She says it in the video. She also mentions taking arnica pills, but doesn't say why.
You look fantastic if you need a little help with that darkness under your eyes, you could think about laser, I don’t think you would need many treatments and then that on top will knocked out of the park👍❤️. I’m happy for you.
