If you have back ache doing everyday life activities, it might be time to strengthen it! Back pain is common, but it doesn’t have to be your normal. The idea with this routine is to strengthen the muscles that support it. We can stretch all day but that is only temporary relief. Stronger muscles mean a stronger support system. Remember a full body routine is also recommended to prevent any imbalances which can also cause aches. If you have back issues, please talk to your doc prior to starting any fitness plan.
