Fun and easy cardio workout using a ball. Perfect for beginners and seniors.
Increase your heart rate and have a ball with this fun muscle toning 20 minute workout! Exercises are designed to work every muscle group including the brain! There is no jumping! My workouts are always low impact and easy on the joints while still challenging enough to get an effective workout. As always, go at your own pace and stop if you feel any pain.
Have a chair close by so you can use it for help with balance and stretching.

    Hi Lauren, I began watching your channel after I tore my rotator cuff during a Pilates reformer session in March . With a combination of 6 months of PT and your varied exercises, I have recovered completely without surgery! And I've just moved from 5 to 8 pound weights. I'm 74 and was worried I'd never be able to return to a daily program that was challenging and safe. I also like your calm, well thought out workouts that can be used together for a longer workout.

    LOVE...LOVE>>>LOVE!!!! The only recommendation is if the videos could be numbered. I'm sure they are sorted by YT and when I go to find them, I get them mixed up as several are with chairs, balls, weights. Just a suggestion so I know which ones I have done and which ones I want to do over and over and over again. Thanks so much for the workouts.

    Hi Lauren. I love all your Seniors workouts. 😊👏👏👏 This one no exception. This was loads of fun and gentle on my poor knees, which are not in great shape atm 🙁. Love using the little ball. I have a few full size fitballs (which I use in some of your other workouts👍) and a smaller pilates ball, which I found just a little large to hold for this workout. However, I remembered that some weeks ago we found a small squishy ball in our driveway, which was very grubby and rather flat. I gave it a good clean and pumped it up a bit, and it is absolutely the perfect size for this workout. Very cute too. It's bright yellow with a big smiley face on it. Will be doing this fab workout heaps with my super cool ball.😄 Thank you.

    This is an older video, I'm using a 6 in ball in this workout. In my newer mini ball workouts I use a 9 in bender ball.
