Naw.. this channel been exploding!!
Why did I learn more practical information from you than all 3 years of PT school….
Conor i wanna tahnk you for all this free content, my man I'm bsc kinesiology currently getting ms degree, and I'm very sad that no one actually teaches us anything useful as this is. Keep the good content and I wish you very best in 2022!
Thank you so much for this video and your very high quality job in general

So great stuff Conor I really knew my issues in the pelvis and rib cage through this video Thank you 🙏
Excellent , precise, informational information
God bless you Conor!
For a young man you have a wealth of knowledge! Thank you for sharing, if I lived near your facility I would certainly be seeing you . I’ve been to several physical therapist and have not heard anything about correct anything below the spine. Everything your talking about here (ribs up and expanded pelvis rolled forwards) makes perfect sense to me. I only hope I can do these correctly and get away from the tightness and pain. Thank you keep the good content coming
great video, conor !
Awesome video, easily applicable exercises that really work. Always a great explanation for generally foreign concepts. Great work as always Conor

Thank you. I could feel differences in each set.
Hi Conor. Thanks for always sharing exercises. If it’s not inconvenient wonder if you can guide how often we should do per day? I enjoy the 2nd one very much !
Hi Conor. Thanks for your wonderful videos. Can you do a video on releasing the QL muscle please. Thanks
Sir, please make a video on sitting posture. What is bad, what is good, help us all in the pandemic with the true knowledge 😅🙏.

There is no scientific evidence that any posture is bad if you find comfort and no pain sitting in it
Awesome video Conor, lots of takeaways!!

I went to a minor miracle worker today. She has a great reputation, a busy schedule, and now in know why. I still have a long way to go and I'm most certainly not pain free but she knows all these same principles and she adjusted me so that my pelvis is even! My right and left hip are even. My leg discrepancy is gone. My feet fill evenly weighted. I can breathe better. My pelvis isnt rotated anymore. My internal and external rotation on both legs is much better. Straighter. I'm in shock. She taught me that the si joint pain isnt just about the joint or my ligaments but the cartilage and the gaba between the bones in the pelvis. I'm so utterly thankful I found someone like her to pull me off the ledge and show me that there is hope, that this can be fixed, that I will get better. My ankles. My pelvis. My neck. My jaw. My upper back. All connected, separate, related and need to be corrected but, in one session, she already did so much! My si joint isnt healed obviously but I'm getting to a point where I can do a PT program that will help restore muscle balance because my body is getting into better alignment. I cant believe in was walking around the way in was. And I can breathe better.

Great video. But should someone with low lumbar stenosis do exercises like deadlifts?
Conor would you be able to give us a video on PRI with people who are on the hypermobility spectrum and how that might change the exercises at all? Whatever insight you have id be very grateful 🙏☺️
Dear Connor, I have some long term sacro dysfunction. Several times a day I have to raise my good leg, and lean into the bad side to pop things back into place. Can you tell which rotational direction I may be having trouble in, and need to address? Thank you.
I'm not sure if I missed it, but how many inhales and exhales we must do per exercise, and how many repetitions? Also, how many times a week should we do them? Thanks!
awesome video i have learnt a lot from you i have near 0 anterior rotation in left hip that caused l5 s1 herniation over time and now i dont know what could i do to reverse the cause so that my disk hernia can heal i really need your help because i have exhausted every thing that i can do in my country appreciate every thing

Glad it helps! I'd recommend you see a PT for that issue
Hey my x rays say i have a low back that is shifted 13.5mm to the right, a mid low back tilt angle of 2.5° and lower tilt of 3.6°. My rib cage its positioned 20.2mm backward relative to the pelvis. My right side of pelvis is low by 9.5mm relative to true horizontal. Do you have a video recomendation to help with this? Or any advice on what to work on to fix this. I had a back injury over 2 months ago and im still in pain sometimes.
I injured my lower back about 15 years ago while doing a fitness test involving situps and my back has been super tight ever since. When doing exercises in which you're supposed to round your back, mine stays flat. Do these exercises help with that too or shoud i do stretching too? That stiffness in my low back has started to cause other problems like neck pain because my posture isn't in alignment.
What if the pain is during back flexion I also have left lateral pelvic tilt ?
I clicked to the mobility program and I can see the info page but when I click the get it now button it goes to a dead end.
@conor I have a fused L4L5 L5 S1 lately my SI is being bothering me a lot. What should my approach be?
Can you make a video about neural tension in the sciatic nerve? There is nothing on youtube than nerve flossing that actually doesnt adress the root cause.
Tight psoas muscles create a interior pelvic tilt correct?
i am suffering from L5 disc problem ...can i do these exercise ...please suggest..feeling alot of pain .....not able to sit....
I find the hook ting hamstring bridge really difficult to do. It seems that once I pull my heels towards my butt I can’t really bridge from there without feeling like I’m working really hard. Any tips?
Hey Connor, I have re occurring si joint issues. I seem to injure it whilst doing deadlifts, rehab it, build up the weight slowly only to eventually have a jolt across my SI joint whilst deadlifting again. It’s happened numerous times over the last two years, I sort of don’t know what to do any more. I have some degree of anterior pelvic tilt/unbalanced hips as I also sometimes develop super tight quads and knee pain (mostly right sided). I think this is loading the SI joint incorrectly? In the past my psoas has been chronically tight and also right QL, both of these are now feeling relatively normal. Doing a 90/90 stretch my left hip is tighter into internal rotation. Possibly a glute issue? What do you think?

@Christian Mac I think I have an underlying disc issue which sometimes touches a nerve when I lift. I worked my way back to 120kg RDLs after this but felt the same pain again the other week. I’m just using unilateral movements and machines for legs for now
Hi Conor, thanks for sharing this awesome video, as a Pilates Instructor working wiht rehabing client, I want to learn more about movement mechanics and anatomy. Do you have any recommended courses I can look into, please?
Have you posted the sway back posture video? Can’t find it on your channel

I'm really interested in postural restoration and myokinematic restoration. I want learn more about this. But before getting deep into PR and MR, what should I learn as a base? Like anatomy etc. Suggesting some books would help a lot.🙇🙇🙇

I have all these issues in my body you just mentioned in this video. Further, due to forward pelvis my legs are over extended when laying on back and my legs turn outward like a duck feet and knee hurts due to over extension.

You have not told how many reputations are to be done in each position.
The SI joint doesn't move only moves when a woman gives birth....👀
“But at very low powers”… hahaha… what a liar! The science is clear, the science that is not bought and paid for that is.
