Geniuses exist but not all are discovered. Will, in the movie, had a hard life and was only discovered because 1) he was taught to read and read voraciously on diverse subjects in his spare time 2) a professor at a uni where Will worked as a cleaner displayed unsolved Math problems on his wall and diligently sought-out the person who solved them

Genius isn't necessarily a gift. A lot of them can be pretty stable and, ultimately, useless. The ones widely known tend to be the ones who can hold it together.

Excellent routine. A lot of people praise this movie, but just a tad bit too narcissistic from the writer with a storyline that was over the top. A delusional fantasy to say the least. Love Robin Williams but the script is total BS

The movie was an ego project that unfortunately launched that idiot’s career. I say unfortunately because I feel that he and his friend Affleck are particularly bad actors who have been in some good films. Their movies were at a disservice to have them in it. On a 1-10 scale of acting, I believe Damon is a 5 and Affleck is a 3.

You're absolutely insane if you think they are bad actors. Sure the movie is a bit of an ego thing but the message is pretty solid and I'd say it's one of Robin Williams best performances. Damon may not be the BEST actor in the world but he was amazing in The Departed and The Talented Mr. Ripley, to call him an idiot seems pretty unnecessary but if you're just coming on KZread to be a dick I guess you do you.
