Lou Reed never ceases to amaze me, just when I though I heard some of his greatest songs/performances, I found this. Wow. Imagine being around him during those days. I wonder what that whole scene with all those artists was like... Would I have even survived the era and scene?

Magnificent. All those guys, so many joining in like thunder, must hold this performance very close to their hearts. He was an absolute master.

As a long time fan I thought all of his greatest songs were long past behind him except from the album New York. Then he rips out this masterpiece and I see how amazing he is.

Terrific !! I smile with tears in my eyes. This song brings me in big emotions.

Fuck, it should be played at his funeral at this style and version to show all appreciation and all that he gave us, it was that power in this version.
