The "stonehenge" feature on the plateau is reminiscent of the surface of the Venezuela/Amazonian Tapui's with their eroded and protruding cave systems forming the current-day tops.. If so, Table mountain will be a honeycomb of caves and waterways.... which does seem to be the case. Love the films and thanks for your exploration efforts on this stunning, unique mountain. .

Thank you so much for watching and for the well thought through comment. I read your line with a "David Attenborough" accent. Hope to find you on the trail someday!

Thank you for watching. We try and put a little history of the moles in each episode we do on caves, however, it isn't really easy to get all the info on individuals. Much of the archived information that was available was stored at University of Cape Town Library which recently burnt down. The caving society/club are also not very forthcoming with information - so we gather where we can and from people who we know.
