Descent into darkness, Exploring White Face! - Lion's Head Mountain (#4)
My fourth episode, and what a joy it was making this one. Today you meet my fellow adventurer and long-time friend, Monty. Monty and I have had many crazy adventures together in various parts of the world.
Our adventure today takes us abseiling on Lion's Head, and its here we discover, and descend into the darkness, through a gulley on the way down.

What a great summery of what to expect when doing this hike! Definitely worth the watch before finally committing to that bucket-list-hike us millennials are always talking about :D Well done explorers, can't wait to see whats next!

Lekker. We normally go up Freshnay Crack when we do Lions Head.

Those granite boulders above Fresnaye are coarse, but a lot of fun. I am not sure what the name of the gully is that we were on. It runs up the northern side of Lion's between White Face D route and the main portion of lions. Lion'shead has always got something new.
