2. How do I Know Which Products are Compatible?
The easiest way to check compatibility is to look at the logo on the USB receiver and compare that to the logo on the bottom of the keyboard or mouse.

3. Download and Installing the Dell Universal Pairing Software
This section provides instructions for downloading and installing the Dell Universal Pairing Software.
Browse to the Mice, Keyboards & Wireless Touchpads selector page.
Select the model of keyboard or mouse you have.
Note: To find the model of your keyboard or mouse, either, look on the bottom of the keyboard or mouse, look for the model on the packaging, or refer to the documentation that came with your keyboard or mouse.
Touch or click the Driver & downloads tab.
Touch or click Show All.
Look for Dell Universal Receiver Control Panel.
Touch or click download within the Dell Universal Receiver Control Panel section.
Touch or click Save or Save File, when asked.
Note: The file should be downloaded to the default folder for downloads, which is probably the Downloads folder.
Browse to where the file was downloaded and double tap or double-click on the file. (The User Account Control window may appear, if so, click Yes).
Touch or click Continue.
Touch or click Ok.
Touch or click Yes and follow the prompts to install the application.
4. How to Pair the Dell Universal Keyboard and Mouse
Start the Dell Universal Receiver Control Panel and plug in the Dell Universal USB receiver.
When there already devices paired, remove the pairing by clicking the "Remove device" button.
Touch or click Add New Device.
Follow the instructions.
Turn off all devices (keyboards and mouse).
When pairing a mouse, hold a mouse key and press the on button, hold the key in your mouse for 3 seconds until pairing is complete.
When pairing a keyboard, hold down a keyboard key and press the on button, hold the key on the keyboard for 3 seconds until the pairing is complete.
Pairing is completed.

I lost dongle for dell kb7221wt keyboard/mouse. purchased new dongle from dell - model DGRDEO. DELL SUPPORT online says no support for this. how can i connect the dongle to keyboard etc. looked at your video but driver up to date? thanks

Only unifying driver is compatible not other brand. Don’t spend any money on that. If you think you can achieve that successfully please let me know, I can make a video about that.

Yes correct. From dell website, you need to download the program that you need it for your mouse and keyboard

There are brands which are doing unifying Dell and Logitech. I don’t think there is an option for that. Sorry

Dell Universal devices (Keyboard, Mouse and Dongle) are NOT compatible with any of Logitech Unifying devices (Keyboard, Mouse and Dongle). There are cases where these Unifying and Universal devices have been mixed up in use and this leads to devices not functioning.

There is no mac version. You need to pair it on windows then use it on mac or wherever you want
