Absolutely agree about the 38 mm size. It's actually my favourite watch case diameter.

Gonna wait for the next big sale and get the white dial. Perfect everyday watch imo.

I find myself picking my PD1717 up over much more expensive watches - the size, specs, fit and finish, are WAY above its cost. My favourite watch purchase this year. And thank you to Pagani for listening and increasing the hand length, and using the logo (without brand name).

Those hands are definitely an improvement, the branding is bang on but an embossed logo would definitely have been better....the lume, oh the lume, clearly they are listening as is evident in other aspects so why aren't they tacking on an extra couple of bob and knocking it out the park....great design overall though, longines absolutely killed it with this one so to see an homage is a fantastic nod to them....🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⌚🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⌚

Okayy so, i bought this watch a little while back. Wore it only 4 times. Then the ‘3’ hour marker fell off. I never dropped it whatsoever. Sent it back and got my money back, won’t buy it again however it wore and looked pretty good

Jason. Thanks for the review. I think that the number of microadjust holes needed is entirely dependent on the length of the links. At quick glance the holes seem to span almost the length of a link. 3 may be enough (unless you have a very small wrist and have removed all of the removable links, in which case another mm or 2 probably won’t matter all that much).

I can see where you're coming from, I think with me having small wrists it makes it better for me to get a precise fit

I think PD possibly made a mistake but today (August 1) the 20 dollar coupon worked on this watch. I bought one earlier today. It was showing for anything over 20.01. I suspect it should have been 200.01.

Has anyone measured the size of the dial used?

What are your thoughts on the green dial now 5 months on ?

I have this in V2 Blue. It is slightly chunky. Wish it had been 39mm diameter. Overall I do like it but, the main disappointment would be the female end links on the bracelet. I wish these Ali watches came with the option of selecting male end links if that is what you want. Male end links always look better if you have the wrist size for it. A dateless Longines Spirit 40mm in blue on the bracelet with its male end links would have been better for me but I don't think they do that particular combination.

some say this is the best Pagani watch, what do you think?

Nice video, Jason. Unfortunately, as soon as I hear NH35, I lose interest. I wish they would upgrade to the PT5000, Chinese movements which seems to be the current trend with some microbrands as of late. Every time I get an NH35 in a watch, it runs slow, which I hate. The PT5000's that I've experienced run right on point or several sec fast per day, which is much more preferable to me as it's easier and faster to adjust the time on a watch running fast than one running slow. I'd rather pay a little more for the Chinese movement. But that's me.

I don't like the thickness

Very erratic quality. Avoid all of them as there is no customer service at Pagani's (either from the factory or on Aliexpress). They simply don't answer to fully substantiated warranty claims meaning that you have to consider there is no warranty when you buy one of their watches. It's a pity as some of their watches are really cool. This comment is based on real experiences, I thought it was important that potential customers are warned before buying so that they can fully assume their decision. With a little luck you can come across a good model from a well-made series, otherwise your money will have to be considered lost.

My Pagani Design’s movement stopped after 1 month. Contacted the Aliexpress store and after a couple days and a video proving it was broken I got a full refund. As usual with watches at these price points it’s often hit or miss sadly. Besides that, if you are a bit handy you can but a new movement from Ali for like €30 and swap it. Did it myself and the watch works perfectly for over 5 months now 😁
