Hannibal Lector you obviously don’t know the actual story, This was done out for dramatic purposes. Still... I think Murphy made the wrong choice. They were compromised, got a fu*ked up comms, and in enemy territory. The herder having a radio to the Taliban basically makes them a Tali. Letting them go was the wrong choice given the situation. Now, idk if Murphy gave those 3 options in real life, but why give options only to pull rank and say this is not a vote? I think the other guys should've had a choice with their life on the line.

Very difficult to understand the decision making going on here. They had two other options in addition to the three listed: Keep the captives and stay where they are until the exfil team comes or keep the captives with them as they move to safer ground. I understand why they didn't want to tie them up and leave them to the elements and obviously they would have been in massive trouble if they would have killed them in cold blood but to just let them go free to do what they want.............makes no sense to me at all.
