It would be great to sweep what’s been the best team in baseball in a two-game, highly publicized series. I doubt it’ll happen, but that’s what the team needs to really keep the momentum going.
That's a podcast with lots of belief.....it sounds good..... unfortunately I've heard Ryan with this tone quite a bit and it hasn't yet worked.... but anything is possible

lets go Mets, I stand by my team and when its hard to do I appreciate a good listen to Ryan to ease me into my real world.
All the excitement about the sweep of the nationals mean very little if the Mets loose both games in London.
Hopefully Suarez is jet-lagged and we can get to him with our good right handed line-up.

Anything is possible. Don’t think anyone expected the Mets to get to MacKenzie Gore and they did. If they can do damage against Suarez, that would be amazing.

In a way, it would be to MINI MARKET STEARNS for the METS to fall flat in their faces in this series. It would give him the perfect excuse for him to get rid of players like MARTE, BADER, TAYLOR, McNEIL, SEVERINO and especially and, above all, PETE ALONSO. AND, EVEN IF THE METS SWEEP OR SPLIT, HE'LL STILL DO IT BECAUSE HE'S ON A REBUILD MODE AND HE'S FIRMLY STUCK ON HIS MINI MARKET/ MONEY BALL PHILOSOPHY.

I can kind of agree with what you’re saying but expensive players do not always equal the most talent and/or the right fit for the team. I think we all would have learned that lesson from previous seasons..
