Living On $3.7 Million A Year In Rockville, MD | Millennial Money
Пікірлер: 1 400
Thank you so much to CNBC Make It and the producing team behind Millenial Money! Initially, I was hesitant to work together on this video collab because I know with the current state of the market and talks about a recession, some people might see this as another "spoiled youtube kid," but I hope this episode was really able to inspire others. As highlighted in the video, I grew up struggling and worrying about money daily, and I never thought I would be able to amount to much in this life... I had such a pessimistic outlook on life. I got into fights at school, I was angry at the world and I always felt like I was the victim. At one point I was expelled from my high school and that was the turning point in my life. I thank God through him, I was able to turn my life around and pursue my dreams of providing for my parents and to do something I love every single day. For anyone who might be in my shoes now- if you're struggling or don't know what you want to do in this life. That is okay... I've been there and it really sucked at times, but we live in a day of age where now anyone can make money starting from nothing and even build your own empire. Now my goal is continue inspiring and educating as many people as possible and I will never forget my humble beginnings and where it all started from. Thank you to my fans, loyal supporters, and the team behind Millenial Money for showcasing my story! One last specific shoutout: to Ernestine & Mike from CNBC for the hard work in putting all of this together!

@@CNBCMakeIt Inspiring? You are promoting a guy who said buy LUNA two months ago and said LUNA is awesome! So, he doesn't know crap and making innocent investors listen to his bad advice. Did you VET this hundreds of thousands of per month KZread money? He only gets 50k to 70k views per video.
The only problem I see is that these "investors" are just influencers. Meet Kevin, Graham Stephan, Andre Jikh, and even Brian here do not make money from investments, they make money off KZread Ads and selling courses. Nothing wrong in that, but don't claim you're a RE investor or etc when you make the bulk of your money from Ads on KZread.

It's weird to see blacks in Rockville, the white folks act as if it's not normal. Even when I worked in that area. Me & my co-workers would talk after work cops would be called on us. This was 4 to 5 years ago. Last year had this lady follow me just to ask me what I was doing. I think it'll stay away. Lol, It's not as bad as West VA but not good either. It seems you have a different experience. That's half of the crap lol. Unless my police officer friends or family are going with me. I'm not going. It seems to be like that in Rockville, Gaithersburg, Annapolis, Dunkirk, and St Michals. It's 2022 about to be 2023. It's really sad & disgusting. Sorry for that rant.

Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. BRO this is so crazy to me.. because I also from MD and I have been to that restaurant, Gyozu! It is a great restaurant! Great video! Have a good day, y'all!
Epic episode. Was following his content for some time now and he deserves all of his earned success
this guy lives maybe 45 mins away from me . i need to step my game up 🔥
Adorei sua história, bastante inspiradora. Agradeço pelas legendas. 🇧🇷🤝

Great success, wonderful story, good motivation.
Thank you Brian for the motivation and humble story, this is just the encouragement I needed right now to get through these tough times.
I was subscriber of Brian's KZread channel before he hit 10k. I'm so very proud of him. Great guy! ☺️

Despite the economic downturn,I'm so happy☺️. I have been earning $ 60,000 returns from my $7,000 investment every 13days.
It would have been interesting to give even a high level sense of how the income of $3.7m per year is coming in. It's only in the description of the video but not directly mentioned.

Im doubting it. It could have been a one time thing. I know he was into stocks in 2020/2021 when everything was going up. His channel is now focused on crypto which his views per subscriber isn't that much. He could have other side businesses though

Maybe I missed it, but how is he earning $3.4 million a year but then they only gave a breakdown of 60 K a month cash flow in?

@@shantralarharris2893 true but is it 3.7 million a year based on one good year or is it a sustained 3.7 million a year is the question

Legendary! Good to see Maryland getting more notice!
$3.7M/yr. Owes almost a quarter of a million on vehicles, didn't pay cash for a house he could've afforded too. Something doesn't add up here.

Yup. He's totally BSing. His channel has 1.24M subscribers and 62M views. 3.7M/year is simply impossible even with sponsorships.
I grew up in Rockville, MD. Its a very nice place that has grown to be one of most affluent places in the country.

Pretty sure Bethesda is far more "affluent" than Rockville, plus Rockville is becoming more and more like Mexico or some third world craphole everyday with the amount of crime going on up that end of the beltway.

@@tobehonestreal543 key words he said are 'ONE OF'. so yes, chevy chase and bethesda (along with potomac) are some of the cities on the list including rockville.
View the video because of the catchy title but very disappointed. It talks about him deciding to start a youtube channel at 21 and then suddenly bang making millions of dollars and then how to spend them how to invest them, blabla....I don't see how his growing experience leads to his success as the youtuber. Does he have talent in investing? crypto? money management or what? if it could talk a bit about how he can be so successful at this young age, it would be much more valuable.
As a small and new KZreadr, you give me hope! Good for you and so happy for your family! You seem like a well grounded young man!
