THANKS FOR EXPLAINING THAT "OKIES" REFERRED TO PEOPLE THAT MIGRATED TO THE WEST COAST FROM OKLAHOMA, TEXAS, KANSAS, NEW MEXICO, AND COLORADO DURING THE DUST BOWL YEARS OF THE DEPRESSION. Yeah a number of people think im from up north the way I speak as well it's called English language although I can speak "Okie" too.

I love your videos. They are very informative. I wish I had discovered your channel & services before my husband and I bought our small house in Norman entirely online while living abroad. The hardest part of the buying process was finding a realtor who replied to our messages and understood our limitations.

Your cadence is just slightly faster than mine, would you say the more common speaking cadence in Ok is slower than say yours and mine.

Probably slower and I slowed my voice down a lot for this video because I feel like I’ve been speaking too fast 😆
