My Brothers Family is moving to OKC. I am waiting for a 1 Bedroom in a Senior Community in Yukon. Can’t wait to move there.

Grew up in Yukon in the 60s and 70s. Great town.

Terry, you'd hardly recognize it if you haven't been back. Except that the Mill is still standing.

Some Serious Price Gouging going on in Yukon April 2022. And it isn't all buyer demand, it's seller price gouging. Building materials are not in short supply either.

They actually are in short supply. Builders are having to adjust and change their materials based on what they can get in stock from brick to appliances. They also are taking longer to build, because sometimes they are waiting on materials to arrive. Can't customize as much if they need to build quickly.

El Reno is a smaller town. They have a large number of historic homes, but have had some new developments the last 20 years. Homes are a little less there.

Why are some Yukon neighborhoods zoned for Piedmont Middle and Piedmont High?

Our towns are so spread out, there is a lot of crossover between districts. You could have a OKC or Yukon address and be in Piedmont schools. You could also have a Yukon address and be in Mustang schools. You definitely have to look at the district maps if schools are important to you.

Nice place, want to maybe buy a small home there
