I truly appreciate this woman’s perspective regarding living in another country. It’s what I’ve been saying to everyone who questions us about our plans and what if we can’t find this or that and so on. I keep saying we are moving to Mexico to learn more about and adopt Mexican culture and language as much as possible. We are moving to learn new things, new ways to do things, learn new perspectives on life. I don’t care if I can’t make a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. I will learn how to make yummy traditional Mexican holiday dishes and we love them and honor those. We are not moving to Mexico solely for the climate and more affordability. We what a new way of living!! 😃😃😃 And my joints want the year round warmth. Jajaja!!!

👍 Regarding next Thursday's Veracruz area livestream. Cant get enough of the higher elevation locations. Understandably, there is already so much out there on the lower-beach area elevations. However, not having to pay for AC electricity is a wonderful option to consider.

@@MexicoRelocationGuide I wonder what an average usage would cost during the hottest months. It should be a factor that people consider. The weather in Morelia is such that AC nor heating is required. My CFE runs between $250-350 pesos every 2 months.

Hello, My husband and I will possibly be moving to Baja in about a year. I would like to ask the community -currently living in Baja- if they had any difficulties moving belongings (Bedroom set, dinning set, clothes, appliances) across the Mexican border? Every Mexican family member that I know, that has sent stuff (clothes appliances, donation goods) across has always had to "pay" a hefty "fee" to dirty Mexican border agents that are extorting regular people just trying to either donate the stuff or make a decent living out of them. Any guidance on this helps please, thank you.

Sorry that happened to someone yu know. We have thousands of customers and many of them have moved with their belongings in their cars or in a trailer. I have never heard of them being extorted or being asked to pay unless they are obligated to because they are bringing something that appears to be for commercial purposes and not for personal use
