What I appreciate immensely about this drummer is that you just know that his overplaying for his other covers is because of preference and not a lack of understanding of what the song needs. In this, he proves that he can lock down a groove and maintain a song's tastefulness when needed. Amazing cover as always. You never disappoint, my man. 👌

I've cruised down Bon Jovi's home turf's New Jersey highways in the summer heat blasting this song, screaming it at the top of my lungs and I think Bon Jovi would be hella proud to see this cover. It's not about perfection & clean drumming...it's about the passion behind it. Congratulations to you and keep going!

Got to play this track on live TV once. Big10 Basketball game, I was the freshmen drummer on the pepband for Purdue. I had cut my finger in half in an accident the day before the game, and managed to rimshot with that finger going right into the chorus. Lost that stick, blood all over the kit as i Split the stitches; finished 1 handed. Director was pissed! best memory of this song and my time playing drums in the big10!

Sometimes it's nice to hear and see someone play a Rock track that's clean and simple but with a lot of energy. Reminds us of the pure joy of just beating the skins with a good rhythm period and to a great song I might add. You crushed it and those lightning fast Twirls are amazing

It never ceases to amaze me that even at the level El Estepario is at and other musicians, just people, they still are not satisfied completely with what they're doing and I think that's part of what makes these guys so good is that they never max out and say oh that's it I got it, its always improving, always insecure. Its not always a bad thing.
