Thank you Adine for updating your KZread followers. I am not on social media, not my thing, so I am grateful that you have shared this exciting news with us. Phabeni looks confident walking with the HERD. He must remember when he used to do this with his birth mother and family. My heart is filled with joy and to think that the other solution of the authorities was to put him down. Thank you again to the kind neighbour who rescued Phabeni from her garden and contacted the elephant rescue service. Phabeni you are an amazing little boy!❤🐘♥️

It is a very big surprise to see little Phabeni in the whole herd. I did nit hear about Limpopo. How difficult will it be to give Phabeni his milk all few hours day and night. 😮 Kkanyisa takes 4 bottles in once time and need it till she will be three years old. Phabeni is not even 1 year old. 😢

Just went to rewatch the Nov. 20 video of Phabeni's arrival at HERD. My heart's completely full. Thank you for sharing one of the most compelling and wonderful things humans can be on this Earth... to benefit a helpless creature - Hey, everyone: 😂 Group hug.❤🐘

I got such a surprise when I saw Phabeni! ...and he's up there moving along at a pace. Very proud of big sister Khayanisa, she's not jealous at all. Thank you Adine and team, for all you do for these precious souls.

I literally screamed with joy when I saw Khanyisa. I teared up a little knowing she isnt the baby but then I screamed with joy louder when I saw Phabeni with them. I take it Setombe wont let him leave her lol 😅. He is such a trooper. In this short time he was a little traumatized baby that was so shy and now he is out walking with the herd. Im so proud of him and all of you. Adine your such an inspiration. Thank you again for this channel it really brings peace to my soul.

Phabeni's rapid turn from traumatized, grief-stricken and introverted to being introduced to Jabu + Lundi, then surprizingly adopted by Setombe (a 1st for her to adopt!!), now fully embraced by the entire herd, and venturing into the bush is AMAZING!!! Phabeni even came over to say "Good Morning" to his 1st adoptive momma, Adine, @ 12:35-12:50 mark! HOW PRECIOUS is this little man?!! So loving and -- now -- sooo happy too! JOY-JOY-JOY! BLESS YOU ALL for LOVING + CARING for Phabeni and all the wounded, broken-hearted babies that come your way! 💞

How amazing tiny Phabeni kept right up with the herd and looks so happy and natural. How beautiful to watch this!

I’m so happy to see Phabeni with the HERD, but especially with Setombe, it was obvious she fell totally and completely in love with that tiny boy! He seemed to be able to reach to suckle a little better!!

Phabini is in the bush!!!! OMG!! He is absolutely AMAZING!!!! My God what an outstanding Warrior!! No fear! Such an Amazing Ele and I'm so very, very happy he has found a family that is looking out for him!! The little guy has been thru so much and had recovered like a BOSS!! I want to hug the entire HERD! So much love, and understanding! I'm welling up right now. Thank you to EVERYONE at HERD who made this possible! Nothing but LOVE for everyone there, You are all amazing human beings!!

I'm sure the herd members are delighted to have Phabeni join them. Hopefully they won't think they need to kidnap a baby from the wild herd now. Khanyisa is so big! That was a long walk for tiny Phabeni. It is amazing how smoothly Phabeni integrated with the whole herd. Just beautiful. I love these elephants, every one of them.

I love hearing the elephants rumble sound and listening to Aidine talking to the elephants. Thank you to all the care workers. What a family!

I makes me giggle watching him walk out with the herd. All the adults just mosey along, but Phabeni has to trot because he’s so tiny. He’s such a determined little guy 🤗❣️

Lundi had a boy and adopted a girl. Setombe had a girl and adopted a boy.

Phabeni is definitely keeping up with Setombe! His little legs were just moving to keep up with the herd. I hope Lundi will be okay with his choice. But I think they are all going to protect him Just the same. He is the baby of the Herd after all, and a lovable one at that!❤🐘🙏

I loved seeing most of the Herd again. I hadn't realized how much I missed them until this video. FishtheMan looks goid, but I only saw him from behind. Someone has a owie on their left hip, but I only saw from behind. Then the awww moment and we see Phabeni. It really stopped my breathing for a second. I wasn't sure if this was a older video from khanysia bring that tiny, but then Adine said Phabeni name. How Amazing Is That!!! Phabeno is very special to so rapidly and easily integrate into the Herd . That Setombe is going to be his Mom is another stunner. For Setombe just isn't a fuzzy warm kinda elephant, and has strong attachment to klasserie and Sebakwe only. I was hoping Bubi would be his Mom, cause I see a kindred spirit in Bubi and Phabeni. Besides she always is last too many times. This video was a stunner. Thank you

This was unexpected, getting to see a livesteam from you at HERD. I was SO thrilled to see Phabeni following Setombe and knowing the close relationship he will have with Khanisa and Kumbura as well. These elephants are absolutely amazing and the human species would be better off if we acted more like elephants in the way we raise our children! So sweet to see how Phabeni has been accepted. What a beautiful surprise! It seems that Phabeni picked Setombe...is it because she is lower to the ground to suckle? Its absolutely beautiful regardless of the reason!! Seeing Khanyisa with a laid back attitude puts us all at ease! So happy to see Phabeni integration. What a joy.

Wow!! What an unexpected, exciting surprise to start my morning! Having only caught up yesterday with little Phabeni meeting Setombe and Klaserie to now seeing him out with the Herd this morning. The perfect antitode to the stress of the last couple of days. Wonderful to hear that the rest of the integration went so well, and Miss Pinkylicious herself is proving to be quite the big sister! What a brave little boy Phabeni is, walking out with the Herd with such confidence. Adine and the team at HERD really are amazing, thanks to them this little guy has a second chance at living a beautiful life filled with love. God bless ❤🐘❤

Oh wow, this made my night & warmed my mushy heart! So happy to see lil Phabeni w/the full ellie herd...his new family. Yay!! 🐘🐘🐘💞🐘Precious! Will be watching this video again it's so sweet. Goodmorning, its a nice surprise, to see Phabeni together with the HERD, it is like he was always there. And with Setombe? That was the next surprise, i did not expect that. The third surprise is the calm and easy way Phabeni is accepted. This is what we call a smooth integration. I am so happy for little Phabeni, he has been so long alone. And what an amazing welcoming Herd, thank you for all the wonderfull things you let happen.

@@bettyderoo5984 No problem! Setombe, Sebakwe and Somopane sound so similar and they are all big old elephants. So it's easy to mix them up, it's happened to me a couple of times.😊
