@@RaniaBenOthman If your doctor told you, its acute infection then it will go automatically there is no medicines. but still do as your doctor suggested you. In between, to increase your immune system, do cycling, running or gym for 1 hr daily if you physically fit, eat fruits, geen vegetables, no alcohols, if multivitamins like vitamin c, d, b12, b6, folic acid may take but your doctor will be suggested as per your condition. I hope this infection will get rid of shortly.

Is bloating of the stomach a sign of cirrhosis?

No, bloating in the stomach means your liver is in stress. May be you have grade 2-3 fatty liver. If you feel frequent bloating in a day means liver got seriously injured may be it is fibrosis, or cirrhosis, then need to consult with your doctor immediately. Frequent bloating is the sign of stomach ulcer, IBS these all symptoms are due to liver diseases.

Sorry, for permanent cure, many research teams working hard, as per WHO. So, we need to wait till then when medication will come in the market for permanent cure.
