My FibroScan was CAP score 305 and Fibrosis score 5.9. So that would make me F0-1 zero to mild scarring and steatosis grade S3, severe fatty liver with 2/3 of my liver affected by fatty change. Is that correct? Really good video by the way.

I am also hepatitis B ....54 years old..Never lost hope...i am patient since 15 years...I keep myself fit walk daily....and fit like every one...take only Tenoformide before breakfast...Rest leave it to God....

It is not in serious condition now. But if you will not take care of your diet, weight, then it will be serious ahead.

@@akashbhowmick956 if you do it on regular basis forever that is good. Otherwise you need to do exercise till your KPA score and Cap to normal condition. After 6 months you need to do fibroscan test and your effort will see in the test report.

@@akashbhowmick956 in this stage fibrosis or scarring can be reversible because you are in stage1 . when it cross stage 3 there will be cirrhosis in the liver. so try to keep your liver fat free always.

Hii is there any instances where chronic got negative anytime?
No as such there is no ay medicines available to make negative forever. But if viral load is high and out of control it can be negative for sometime through functional cure.

Ans : NO After liver transplantation life would be more worse than before. Patient need to be live in the critical care throughout the life. So, you can enjoy your life with hepatitis b infection. But need to follow up the treatment and healthy lifestyle. After liver transplantation, infection will not go as well as situation would more worse. Hopefully, we will publish a video by next week of a patient , life after liver transplantation.

Viral load 66546 , is this DNA report? if yes then doctor suggested you right, take it regularly, because viral level increasing the blood. Dont stop or skip medicines without your doctor's permission.

You said, your stool color is pale yellow, right? it means your liver isn't producing enough bile salts. It may indicates the liver problem. What is your fatty liver grade? ALT/AST? Your doctor told you to checkup for after 6 months, do it seriously.

Sir SGOT 65 and SGPT 108,Grade 2 fatty lever in ultrasound. My problem is pain above upper rib cage and small swelling like lipoma which is paining along.
These all issues created because of your fatty liver, do regular exercise seriously if you are physically fit. Avoid white rice, sugar, sweets, alcohol, junk foods, pizzas, chips, cold drinks seriously, after that everything will get reversed.
