UN Security Council members meet for a quarterly debate on the situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian question. Palestine renewed its request for full membership to the United Nations on April 2, and expects a vote on the issure. Iranian Foreign Minsiter Hossein Amirabdollahian is due to Travel to New York to attend the meeting, which now comes in the wake of Iran's retialiatory attack on Israel last weekend.

The two state solution should be followed and Palestine should be made member of the UN to be in equal footing with Israel. "Hope for a decent life within an independent state". Why is this plea falling on deaf ears???

The same countries that supported Apartheid in South Africa are the same ones (unfortunately) supporting the Apartheid in Israel. No lessons have been learned in the decades since then.
