Is how they used it on American dad, you probably treat you partner the same way Jeff did and your brain makes connections that make you feel sad. Emotions are just a bunch of chemicals being released into your brain.

I'll clarify. Maybe because you are broken and lonely and were thrown away just like I was, desperate for any attention at all from anyone. Then you meet someone that says something loving to you, and you're so empty inside that it fills you completely, and you start projecting super hard that they are the love that you've never had. They don't stop you from projecting, and over time... you realize it. They never cared about you, just like your parents and family never did. You would have rather stayed asleep and dreaming. But you woke up. Or more likely, because of this song, you're now able to wake up. And you can't get back into that deep slumber you had before you heard this song for the first time. At least, that's why I cry to this song every time.

DrizzlyEarth takes quite a lot from Pink Floyd which many of their songs do, either they sound similar to Floyd or the lyrical content and themes are very similar. However they are a unique band. Metallica had many influences but they were still an original band. Same with Motörhead. They were influenced by early rock n roll and blues and bands like early AC/DC.

this song goes for 1 year, then 3 months at a time without a single comment and now that the american dad episode aired they get one ever hour or so. my gosh they could put ANYTHING on that show, or family guy, and make it a sensation lol I remember the song bicycle race by queen was popular for a while after american dad too, my friend even had it as her ringtone. Thank you seth mcfarlane, for opening up everyones eyes to good music. Let's just hope these new fans don't abuse the hell out of it

Yep I am here because I heard this on American Dad, and sure glad I did. Great music, amazing voice, and so unique. The intro guitar piece stands alone as is. Then add the rest of the song and wow this is a real work of art to me.

Garage Sale Seth Macfarlane doesn't do much with American Dad anymore. He created it, but for the most part he stopped seriously working on it sometime during season 1. around the time it started improving oddly enough. Either way, I don't think he had much to do with having this song in an episode. Nor do I think he had much to do with the jokes involved. If his latest movies and latest episodes of Family Guy where he has a lot of control are anything to go by.

Love it!!!! When I saw the song on AD, I was mesmerized. It sounds a bit Pink Floydish--my favorite all time group. I can't wait to listen to more songs from this talented group. Some songs just touch your soul--not very many, but this one certainly touched mine. Rock on Wax Fang!!
