LIVE: SC v. Pangalangan & King | Disabled Teen Death Trial DAY 3

#LIVE - SC v. Pangalangan & King | DAY 3 - Closing Arguments - A woman once named teacher of the year, and her boyfriend Larry King Jr. are standing trial on charges they killed a 13-year-old girl with special needs.
According to court filings obtained by #CourtTV, Cristina Pangalangan was born on March 28, 2006, with severe intellectual and physical disabilities that left her confined to a wheelchair and unable to communicate verbally. Prosecutors allege that on August 5, 2019, Rita and Larry left Cristina alone in a vehicle parked outside of Larry’s house for more than five hours, killing the teenager.

My question is...Why was the poor girl placed in the car at all? If not to kill her, was it to get her out of the house so they could have sex. They will be found guilty, but not of murder. They were under the influence of meth and could not have cared less about that poor baby. They will get put away and then she can cry for the rest of her life for not being responsible. Shame on that mother. This is one of the saddest cases ever. Just heart wrenching.

He put her in the car because they had a fight about Rita having an affair or something and the boyfriend got mad, and told her she had to get out and leave. So he grabbed the girl and took her out to the car and Rita was also supposed to leave but then she tried to smooch back to him and apologise and the rest is history!

The cop was having non of Rita's bs attorney. It was grand. Her daughter was told by hers and Rita's what to say. I know she loves her, but no mom is ever close to being that perfect, come on. Another bs move. She is in massive denial. I hope that after she sees the video, she will see what we all see. It doesn't matter though, she will spend the rest of her natural life in prison. So she has lost a sister and mother because of her mothers carelessness, drug use, selfish behavior, and I believe she was a burden to her. This is incredibly heartbreaking because her daughter testified that she can't move on her own, but she definitely can see and feel. So she knew her mother was out there and she knew that her mother had left her in the car. That thought is so heart wrenching, and the longer she was out there and that she wasn't going to be saved. Her attorney then asks Larry. " so she loved her daughter to death.? " I guess she proved that she did! I love this judge so much and I'm glad that it was, and is quart room with this prosecutor and this Judge! I remember him from the Alec Murdoch trial he is so brilliant and compassionate. I love how he told her about her drug use and she says that she's never done drugs, and he said well that makes it even worse. Every minute is trial is just horrible. Now off to the 8 passengers mom trial. She has been abusing her children for years, now she's been caught! What's wrong with these mothers killing these children? Lori Vallow? God help us! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Why aren't they mentioning Rita picked up the keys at column of house, threw them in the back of the car and locked the car. She feigned looking in the house 1 hr for the keys. Why wd she do that? Bc she agreed to leave after argument but not having keys, she'd have to stay w King and buy time to makeup.. Also, King stated when he realized Cristina was dead, he turned off the car. However, EMT stated the car was turned off, but cool air was blowing.

I’ll say this…..if that daughter who testified about how much her mother LOVED Christine and how Christine was her mother’s 🌎 world! If she ever becomes pregnant, I pray that some agency removes that child immediately because if she thinks her mom was innocent in all this and did nothing wrong, she needs to have any children taken away immediately and made to have a procedure so that she never has the privilege of becoming a mother again! She clearly is NOT firing on all cylinders!

I like and understand the way the judge says South Carolina sees the laws involved in this crime when counseling the jury. No excuse because you voluntarily decide to take meth or drink while looking after a disabled child. No excuse for letting the child die a torturous death in your front yard because she is not your child. And you put the child in the hot car at 3pm in the hot sun in South Carolina in order to have sex with the mom. And the mom has a pattern of callous disregard for her child shown in her previous actions. To me, guilty. What a couple of low-life people.

It's hard for me to think that her boyfriend should be sentenced like her. Being a boyfriend of somebody with a child you don't question their parenting decisions. If we believe that he believed the car was on and this was routine for the girl and she liked sleeping in there or whatever the mother said, how is he responsible for her parenting? Has he ever been a parent? She doesn't seem too intelligent. He genuinely seems like for all he knew this was normal for the child. And yeah I understand that sounds stupid but, if we believe he believe the air conditioning was on or the windows were down or both, and the mom said oh yeah she likes to nap in here or something to that effect, I don't see how he can be to so much time. And I know we all think about any halfway intelligent human being would question it and say yo why are you doing that that's weird but he just doesn't seem like he might have any or much world education education or any idea whatsoever what it's like to take care of a child special needs child and would probably be somebody who should never ever be left alone with a child for that exact reason i.e the mother is responsible for her child when she's obviously the parent there. I don't know Maybe he's much smarter than he seems and knew it was dangerous but didn't anyways but it sure doesn't seem so

You’ll see 1 comment favoring the judge then several more follow 🙄 parroting the same thing. It’s nauseating. This case is about a child not a rude judge. So much self righteousness in the comment section
