Thank you Dr. G. I first found you on Chef AJ went on Amazon and bought all your books. Started your protocol right away after finding your classes. So glad you mentioned the food baby lol because I definitely started to gain weight. Also glad you mentioned not feeling well because that kicked in on week 2. I am sticking with it because of all your wonderful videos on utube. I'm heading into week 4, using info in Miracle metabolism as well. Love your Caesar's salad dressing. Use it on all of Thomas's salad recipes. Started reading Goodbye Autoimune. How can you tell I'm a little excited about your protocol. I'm saying Goodbye Diabetes 2. 🥳 saw the pre-Christmas video with Solomon. He is so charming and mature. What a wonderful boy! Thanks again for all you do, you are amazing!

My hair has never looked better drinking the green drinks! I started Dr Sebi. Alkaline way of eating… so I tried it for a month. My hair thinned so much and my muscles got weaker. Im going back to the green drink with Flaxseek oil. Do you feel eating Alkaline dinners are ok? What are your thoughts on Sea Moss???? I guess the Alkaline diet is to rid the body of mucus.

The question regarding Long haul and mast cell is important becauseit is not that simple. I had a histamine issue before I got covid. After covid 3/2020 It is exacerbated and its been 2 years. I can eat salads but when I juice or smoothie I can feel my histamine flush and my tissue in my legs tighten within mins of drinking. I did GBL in 2019 and now have more of a reaction

Regarding histamine and mast cells I believe you can still do the protocol but with low histamine foods. Also long covid depletes important vitamins like B12, and a lot of the long haul symptoms are neurological, which B12 has a lot do with. A lady in the UK (she was in the newspapers) healed her bad long covid symptoms (she was almost paralyzed) with iron and b12 iv.
