My favorite "Little House on the Prairie" episode? Oh man, there are so many to choose from as the show was so well-written and produced! I'm glad you covered the event. Nice video! I attended the event on the Friday and we had an absolutely gorgeous day for the Big Sky Ranch tour. It was meaningful to me to return to Big Sky after having had the opportunity to to visit four times back in the late 1980's and early 1990's during fundraiser open house events. Back then pretty much all of the Little House sets except for Walnut Grove were still there and the Father Murphy mining village as well. The organizers of the event did a great job and the artists who created the set facsimiles did an amazing job.

He definitely was the heart and soul of the show.
Excellent job on the coverage. My favorite character was Charles. Michael Landon is an icon now and forever.

Love This. I like Laura And but I like Nellie because she’s so hysterical. I used to play Little House with my cousin and I still know a lot of the word’s by hard.

@@theFUNnelCakeBlogI just love the Percival ones. I like that one when Percival said to Nellie”I know what you’re doing and I’m used to people making fun of my height”. Then how customer was saying”how about the bread, you’re gonna get the bread”? Then Nellie yell’s and throw’s”Get It Yourself, then she throw’s”.

My favorite character is Mr. Edwards, because just like the character in the song "Old Dan Tucker," he was a gruff misfit but still a loveable character. I believe that he was the "Old Dan Tucker" of Walnut Grove and this is what either Michael Landon or some other exec wanted, which explains why the song was played every time he was on camera.

I've really enjoyed this. I live far and I wish I could have gone to the event. Larua and Charles are my fave. Since they are my fave actors. I grew up watching the show. Probably, when it was 6th season. The show is older than me. I use to sit and watch the show with my grandma as she loved it (when she was alive). She even told me once, "I remember riding in a buckboard wagon."

The show has brought memories to so many. Thanks for sharing!
My favorite character was Mr. Edwards, because he would sing that folk song coming into a scene and going out of a scene… I believe the house of Mr. Edwards was also the Family Garvey‘s house….

Mr. Edwards was my mom's favorite character! Thank you for clarifying about the house. There had been a few questions about whose it actually was.

My favorite character was obviously Laura Ingle because I got my first name from her and it’s funny to see the ranch is supposed to be Minnesota and I live in Minnesota. We don’t have very many large hills or any mountains here.

When I drove cross country, I imagined how hard it would have been to travel rt 80 south Dakota in a wagon with no hotels and gas, like patience wise, and I saw all those ponds in Minnesota that everyone fished and swam in ... and my son who was sleeping suddenly woke up and said dont you dare drive us off a 2 hour exit to look for Laura Ingalls Wilders house after he heard me read the sign 😂

@@patriciamele2892 I can't imagine traveling across country the way they did back in those days.
I think my favorite episode had to be At the End of The Rainbow. When Laura dreamed of being rich and the Olsen family poor, after Laura and her friend Jonah find fools gold. I have so many favorites, it was hard to pick one.
