@@frederickforgues2415 I’ve been thinking of that as well but at the same time artists and song writers share their beautiful Talent with us and the one thing they Get to have for themselves is who their songs are about. Maybe it was him, and Olivia is hurting because of that but beside form a song maybe they want to keep that for themselves. And maybe wasn’t him, but if she said that then people would just keep looking, fans and the media are relentless and it can be really stressful. It’s better if they just don’t address it at all if they want to keep it to themselves and I totally respect that, because the minute they talk about it it’s no longer theirs. I’m ok with letting her have this and I hope other people will too, what do you think (sorry this is kinda long I’ve just been pondering about it for a long time)

Im a 17 year old boy and for years I’ve disliked Olivia for no reason. I always just pushed her music aside as not being genuine and being very basic made to relate to teen girls. I’ve never really heard anything except good 4 you and drivers license but it’s been preached so much by girls that I’ve just kinda ignored it. But watching this has really opened my eyes. Also, i love the arrangement of the tracks. It kind of started with angst, then it transitioned to sad, in denial, angry, then just closure in the end. It's a rollercoaster of emotions, and I'm here for it💛

Total punk/rocker here. I (at 22) was originally skeptical about the amount of praise this album was getting upon release......when I finally sat down and listened, I was so genuinely taken aback by the raw emotive power on display. Even two years later, I (now24) still find myself either weeping or holding back tears to some of these songs. Your reaction is so great because it really shows how transcendent Olivia's talent is beyond her "target audience"

i love how in tune with his emotions this man is. It shows a very high level of emotional maturity and security :))

I've heard the album more times than I can count and watching this man listening to it made me feel like I was hearing it for the first time.

good god so many people have hated olivia just because she became mainstream that fast. this album gives such a catharsis in ways impossible to describe when you listen to it, olivia has a once in a generation songwriting talent and i'm glad we're here to witness it.

I’m old enough to be Olivia’s mum and am I such a fan. She really has excellent writing and I suspect that like with Taylor she’ll only get better with time. And the truth is that teenage drama calms down but those same heartbreak feelings she expresses, they’re the same no matter how old you get. By ex, the one I thought was my “red string of fate” person and who I thought I’d grow old with, he left me for his eye doctor (how pathetically adult is that?). So yeah, I may be almost forty but heartbreak is heartbreak and Olivia gets it.

as a 17 year old, brutal is literally my experience being a teenager. you make me love music again. realizing it’s so much more fun to listen to things and enjoy it. having an open mind to anything, no matter who they are. just live life and have fun. also, i just cried during enough for you. especially the end. i mostly relate to sour because of friendships. i am still friends with the people i think of when i hear it. but man if they only knew what i had go through just to keep the friendship alive. they know about it but they will never understand the pain i went through alone. i will never forget all that. i will have people who make me know im enough. it’s complicated but here we are. if anyone wants me to explain it more i can in the replies ig

Maybe it's because I was losing the love of my life when this album came out, but I'd honestly consider this not only one of the best albums ever written, but also a near perfect album. I hope she takes as much time as she needs to make album 2 as amazing as this one!

The only thing that I think he missed was the connection to jealousy, jealousy.
