In forex the markets do not simply go up and down because if more buying and selling. Remember or learn that your counterparty is your broker. Your order entered will make the market go the OPPOSITE way on your intent. Put that together as a whole and you have the masses turning the market AGAINST they (masses all buying or selling together).

Does liquidity happens all the time on those types of liquidity ?

Could someone explain why in the case of an equal high liquidity, people would have stop-loss just above the line of resistance, I suppose those people went short, but at what point did they go short? i can't see why people would have stop-loss at that point.

Hey Sell resistance and put SL above the high is common practise for many many traders That is why equal highs form (resistance selling) and the stops above the resistance form the EQH liquidity

I would avoid the index funds, mutual funds, or specific stocks for now. The 5 percent fixed incomes are a safe bet. Save your cash for when the market actually shows sign of recovery.
