    I had a mongolian fold which began imparing my vision. I had surgery in the early 90's to remove the extra skin. I've noticed some drooping again and I'm so excited to try this exercise to lift that muscle area above my eyes. I don't want another surgery if I can fix it this way! Thank you

    Hi, I love your channel.....thank you so much for sharing your excersises. I really like the droopy eyelid excersise. Even though I just started doing this. I see a lift right after I stop. Looks so awesome but, then the lids go back. I am looking forward to the nice change in my face. I always looked very young for my age but, a few weeks ago, I looked in the mirror. Yikes! I now look at every spot on my face and freak. even something barely there. Also, I am hoping the cheek lift will help me as well! Thanks again:)

    Hi Jen, thank you for your comments and sharing the video! Yes, the dreaded mirror, I totally understand what you are saying. This is a really strong exercise, that does the job. I do it all the time, and have been amazed at the fast results it has brought me. Remember Jen, do your exercises in the morning before getting up and in all should take about 8-10 minutes, and you will really start seeing rapid changes!     Hi Paddy, Welcome to my channel! It really depends on alot of factors as to how long it takes for face exercises to start working on people, depending on age, condition of skin, your diet, etc. However, the nose shapes very quickly and then you have to go into maintenance mode so it doesn't change shape again. I know this because it is what happened to me. So, I would suggest to just start doing it, start gently and build up to see how it is changing. then you will get an idea of how fast it will get into shape! I hope that helps!

    I pray this note finds you well! It is said that as we grow older the eyes become more sunken...is there an exercise that will bring the eyes forward? I was told years ago by a facial instructor to look forward and raise my eyebrows as high as I can and open eyes as wide as possible. I can't remember how many reps or if this is effective to achieve the desired result. Does the exercise you recommend address this? Thank you so much Peta!

    I love the FACEROBICS! I stumbled upon your video of the laugh lines one day and may I say you are BRILLIANT! I have been trying to follow all of your tutorials because I will be 55 years old this year, and I am VERY self- conscious of my looks. You see I am in a wheelchair due to an auto accident and I've noticed men just look right through me now instead of at me so I want to give them something spectacular to see when they finally do look at me. WHEW! Sorry about the novel. Anyway, do you have a way to get rid of the "elevens" between my eyebrows? Or is that strictly a Botox thing? Thank you so much!

    Thank you Peta for this video. It came just at the right time. I do your exercises now for a quite a while but this area of my face is not responding as i want. When i looked at your firm eyelids I saw that it is possible to have firm eyelids again but I was sad that it didn't work for me. I have high hopes now that this exercise will do the trick. Should I still do the other eye exercise as well or replace it with this one?

    Hi Sapnasabi, if you have been working your eyelids for at least 2 mths, I would say yes, start this exercise. I know that sometimes the muscles dont respond the way we want. Sometimes it is because we are not doing enough reps on the muscle or it could be we are not giving it enough rest time. I can say though that facial exercises do work, and just keep going with them and you will get results. Thank you as always for your wonderful involvement on my channel Sapnasabi!

    Hi Peta, I am doing your exercises and loving them. I have dabbled in many other facial exercise programs and they were just too time consuming for me. I love that I can focus on my problem areas with yours. My question today is: how do you lift the inner corners of the eyelids? Do I pull up with my index fingers and focus there using this same droopy eyelids exercise? Thanks so much Peta.

    Diane Wilson Hi Diane, excellent question as alot of people find this difficult. This exercise is a multi exercise, just by moving your fingers and adding more pressure, you can exercise and build the eye muscles in many different areas. When you do this exercise, you need to make sure that your forefinger knuckles are tucked into the eye bone area where the crows feet form. Then, along the outside side of your finger, where you are isolating the corners of your eyelids, press hard while isolating and GENTLY squeeze your eyes, do not stretch the eye skin there, but gently squeeze. This will build the area you are asking about. If you feel a bit of a sting when you are doing it, you are doing it too hard and need to back off a bit. This is one of the best exercises I have for toning up whole eye area! I hope that helps!

    Hi there, thank you for your comment and question! Generally you would do other exercises, starting with your forehead, then this one, then the nose then the cheeks then the neck. It really depends on what you want to work on, however, it is best to work in a sequence as just described. I have other exercises on the channel that show them. Hope that helps!

    Debbie Sparrow HI Debbie, Thank you for your question, I have a video that I did very early on in the channel that has the foundational exercises, and then, you can change them about every 2-4 weeks with the other exercises that I have offered, here is the video - kzread.info/dash/bejne/m66i2cGle9yahLw.html, it will show you to work out the forehead, eye muscle groups, nose & chin & neck. Also, there are others that you can add to it once you get used to doing them. Also, to get benefit, try to do the exercises regularly, every day at the same time. I do mine in the morning whilst still in bed and it takes about 8-10 per day, also, the reason why I do them in the morning is because it releases the sleep wrinkles from the night before.     Pita your exercise are working wonders for my droopy face but I have a question how do I exercise the muscle under the eye? I have hollows under my eyes and it gets worse the firmer my checks become. Thank you for all you do.

    This is my favorite exercise! This exercise actually builds the corner eye pretty quickly like she says. Slowly building is important just like Peta says here.. One of the other bad things about botox is it paralyzes this muscle and case it to droop prematurely and causing the eye to look worse when it wears off and forcing some to rely on more botox and fillers ...rinse lather, repeat lol. I am sharing this one on facebook with my high school friends that are our age! Thank you Peta for being so knowledgeable and sharing so much. xo

    For these exercises with repetitions, can you just hold it for a few minutes instead? I feel the burn more easily when I do this.

    June Lenore Hi June, welcome to my channel! Yes, if you are feeling the burn just doing that, it might be all your muscles need to tone them up. You will need to experiment on how it works for you. Possibly just do 25 strong reps then hold for the burn. I think you need to do some sort of repetitions as it is that, that builds and tones the muscles. I hope that helps!

    Hi Peta! I too have more loose skin on my eyelids after doing series 1 for 5+ weeks. In the comments you said to stop the exersizes. Do you mean to stop all the exersizes? Did see changes on rest of my face. Thank you

    Hi Suzi, am concerned that you had this problem. Possibly you were using too much muscle effort. Yes you need to stop because you cannot just do a few exercises otherwise more sagging can happen around all of your face. You need to do all of them because all of the muscles are interconnected. 💖

    @@facerobics Thank you for your reply, Peta! I lost a bit of weight but my eyes look more open and I see little bit of eyelid on the outside corners of my eyes. Could it be that the skin looks more saggy because of my eyes being bit bigger? I was very causios when doing the eye exersize. I appreciate all that your are doing. Wish you all the best.

    This is part of my full face routine right now. When I get up to my 100 & 150 reps, should this exercise also be increased or just do the 50 only?

    +Karen Santella - Hi Karen, you need to increase the reps x 50 reps every 2 weeks until you get to 150. Then go back to 50 reps when you start your new routine and do the same. You need to go back to 50 reps when you start your new routine because you need to rest the face muscles from doing the 150 previously.

    you need to watch my videos on those subjects then practice a full face routine. You cant spot exercise any area of your face otherwise you will create more wrinkles and droop

    Riri Riri Hi Riri, this exercise will help with making your eyelids stronger and firmer and therefore wider. You need to do a full face routine to really get success, however, I cant really say how long it will take you specifically to see results. Just keep doing them regularly.

I also am very anal about my face... lol. you mentioned before doing this exercise that you have to had done another eye exercise to strengthen muscle first. My question is which exercise for the eyes are you speaking off. I have not incorporated the eye exercise yet. focusing on neck and jowls which seemed to appear over night. :)

    divya kashyap Hi Divya, thank you for asking! Yes, this exercise is the best exercise I have to stop that from happening. Make sure to start gently and build up those muscles. Dont overdo it, and only do this exercise starting at 50 reps once a day. I hope that helps!

    Hi Heaven, you can do these daily if you wish. But, with this exercise in particular, dont push too hard to start with as the skin at the ends of the eyelids is very thin, and you just want to work them slowly and steadily. So, when you place your hands, make sure your are not stretching that part of the skin too much to start! Hope that helps!

    +Justin Macabre - Hi Justin, you just need to start doing the exercises, and in a full face routine. That way you will start to see if your eyes change over time. You cannot do this exercise as a spot exercise, as it will not work.     I'm 16, and I've always had hooded eyes. I feel like the only option for my hooded eyes is surgery. Will this work on me? (My eyes look like Jennifer Lawrence's eyes)

    +ItsJenniBear - Hi Jenni, if you start exercise now, you will have to do them for the rest of your life. Also, I dont know for sure how hooded your eyes are. I would suggest you wait a little longer to see how your face develops more. In the mean time, possibly look at your diet and see if you can make some internal changes that way

    also, this video is correct and I love this lady for making them. I look great partly because of her videos, but also because my Croatian Grandma taught me these facial techniques years ago It just doesn't mean anything to you until you're hitting 40.. Ha! But you're so young, darling. You are perfect! Just do what she says and you will remain young and never have a problem.

    Exercise alone will not correct a droopy eyelid . Plastic surgery on the other hand will but what do you do with the scars ?

    Freemind, you have to focus on your eyes more. Also, the wrinkles will not be permanent because you are doing forehead exercises to counteract it

    I just subbed! But I have a question... my eyes look almost like these: en.secretsid.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/Makeup_for_droopy_eyes_before.jpg (just a picture I found on google) And I want them to look more like yours because my eyes look tired right? but im not! so, if I do these exercises everyday, how long time will it take for me to get good results or more like your eyes ish? :)

    Celileminem, doing this exercise it should only take about a month, if you do it every day. But make sure you do not overdo it, as the area around the eyes is not as robust as the rest of the face. Start of gently then build up. Good luck!!!!

    Celileminem, just start off on doing about 25 reps a day, gently then build them to 50. The trick also is to hold them tight after doing the reps for 20 seconds, and then release. Because the skin is thin around your eyes, you need to go easy, after awhile, it becomes stronger as the muscles grow, but initially please just do small amounts. Also, if you overdid it yesterday, give your eyes a rest for about 3 days before doing it again. If they ache a little, after starting them again, give yourself a day off in between exercises, very much like when you are in the gym and on a rest day. Also, sometimes the skin in corners of the eyes feel like they are stretching when you are doing this exercise, if that happens, do not squeeze your eyes as tightly. I hope that helps you!!

    So, i have to do what you basically did in the video 25 times? And lets say i do it every 30 min. Then it'll be around 25 In one day, it it fine like that? The last question is, if I do it 3 days and 1 day for rest and keep going like that is it fine without changing someting under the progress?

    just do 25 reps to start, thats all. By that I mean repetitions of the movement. Not every 30 minutes. Just 25 reps a day. Think about if you are working out in the gym, it is exactly the same, your muscles are the same on your face as they are in the rest of your body, so you need to treat it the same. You cant do too much if you are only just starting. The best way when working out your rest day is to listen to what your muscles are telling you, if they feel tired, rest. Sometimes the muscles ache when you are doing the exercises, this is the lactic acid burn. When you feel that burn, that is when you stop, then have a rest day. In answer to your question, you can do the exercises 3 days in a row, then rest 1 day, however, you really need to listen to what your muscles are telling you by how they are responding to the exercise.
