    Hi Peta, I so appreciate everything you do, your exercises have made me a lot loss fearful of the aging process. Have been doing them for 8 months and see improvements in my forehead, eye, chin and neck areas. The most stubborn lines to get rid of are nasiolabial lines,but not gonna give up!     what a lovely video Peta..love you soooo much!!! I was hunting all over to deal with the nasolabial muscles on you tube and finally found what I was looking for. You're someone god sent...please help me how to deal with my hollow cheeks and post more videos with easy exercises to plump up the cheeks and tighten the sagging facial skin. I'm always on the look out for more and more videos with simpler exercises that also works..and you;re such a wonderful, true and a honest person!

    Peta I'm so glad I subscribed to your network. I'm was a tired defeated victim of mental domestic abuse which led me to become an alcoholic. 1 1/2 yrs. ago I decided to change my life and literally stop drinking and begin a mild exercise program. My decision has made me a happier healthier person inside me. I'm actually glowing on the inside but yrs of self loathing was still showing up on my face. I started out with Tanakas face massage and one other program which did show some improvements but I feel I have taken it slow and easy and have built up endurance and able to take on what I call "the big girl's exercises program"..lol Yes your programs is a bit challenging and demanding but can I say it "HURTS SO GOOD"..I'm 61 and I see a big difference. My challenge was that awful not double but triple chin and really saggy cheeks and jowls. Trust me when I say I'm proud not conceited by what I see looking back at me, now, in the mirror. Wow. a huge difference! I have like 1 1/2 double chin now and a more toned jawline..yes it will take time and I have alot of it. I've got some ways to go and with your help, and if God willing I will have a more healthy glow and presentable face. Thank you Peta. Thank you very much. Didn't mean to make this so lengthy but I'm seeing a miracle right before my eyes. Your a God send.. God Bless You Peta..

It takes pure mental and emotional strength to pull yourself up from this unrelentless situation of life! Your words are amazing, and you are an incredible strong woman! I also understand the self loathing, I come from a similar back ground, but you just need to change the way you are thinking, listen to your inner chatter and what those words are telling you. Try to find some quiet in your mind and you will be surprise what you can achieve when you do! You really touched me when you said you are seeing a miracle before your eyes! Thank you, you have made what I do all the more worthwhile! (((((hugs)))))

    I Did this two days in a row and I had instant results. wow, Peta, I'm I'm fitness coach and I never thought about giving my face a workout, but it makes so much sense. i was going to get fillers but I cancelled the apoitment. I have hope for the future.

    Silva El-G Hi Silva, I am so glad to hear that, and yes that is what starts to happen as the blood is flowing more freely around your face and head area due to the exercises, and also as the muscles are building the skin starts to stretch over them.     Thanks for the advice Peta! I will absolutely look through your extensive playlist and find some other videos for working this area. I do hear you say often to change up the workout and now I've experienced first hand why it's so important to follow this advice. Thanks again! I did take a break from doing the exercise altogether and did some facial massages for draining the lymph nodes and it's helped with the puffiness a great deal.

    Really like this one Peta and find it easier to do than the other exercise for the Nasolabial lines. I put the facial muscle chart on a separate screen tab and flick between the two so I can see, then visualise the muscle you are referring to. I'm sure this exercise will be a favourite with others too as those are definitely the lines that are most prominent first thing in the morning.     Hi!! I'm so glad to have found your videos! I have been doing facial exercises for many years of one type of another and while I have had good results, I have had problems as well, including creating unnatural lines on one side of my mouth and having the feeling all the time that I am one set of exercises away from seeing that dreaded drooping start. It has been very much like holding my fingers in a damn. This is only my third day of doing your exercises, I have abandoned the ones I have been doing the past year in favor of yours to see if I can get to the next level. I am inspired by your results and certainly you look incredible. I do think that the other exercises I have done did not work hard enough and they warned that if you did too much you could get the opposite results and cause more sagging from overworking the muscle. I am here to tell you that in three days I already see a shift and my muscles are responding. I am very much interested in a private consultation perhaps after I get a month or so under my belt of your techniques. You are also the only person I have ever encountered that has described the muscles and talked about visualization and focus as well as the direction that you move the muscle. I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am to have found this information and to thank you for putting it out there after all your hard work!!

    Hi Kimberley, thank you for your wonderful comment. I am so glad you are starting to see the difference in your face! This happened so quickly, because you are already doing exercises on your face, and the muscles were looking for the next level. Just like if you were in the gym exercising your body, they need to be changed about. This is why I offer different exercises on the same muscle groups. The visualisation component is extremely important, using the mind body connection to work just the one muscle. I will be talking more about that next week, but if you keep activating the mind body connection to work one area, thru visualisation, you will get much faster results. Thank you for your encouragement, because, when I first started these exercises years ago, these are the techniques that helped me, and I was so excited about it I wanted to share it with all who would listen!

    Thank you. I was under the impression that slightly imperfect form when doing the exercises could cause abnformalities. That created a lot of pressure to get it right. I'm used to getting results with my body in the gym if I just keep consistent. I hasnt been the case with my not so long ago once looking youthful face. Ha. I will keep trying though. Thanks!

    i just did this for the first time - my muscle was a bit tingly afterwards. i'm 27 and the rest of my skin is good, i just noticed that i'm starting to get laugh lines and it makes me a bit self-conscious. but i'll try this and see how it goes :) also, your skin looks amazing! :)

    I'm a 57 year old woman who has had denture since the age of 24 due to osteoporosis and MS. I notice a difference after two days of watching and participating. I knew my face was hurting all over and I couldn't smile. The pain is subsiding and the dark circles and lines are too. I'm interested in the serum and tool you used. Thank you for your help.     I like the exercises i never knew they were there to exercise to keep firm and toned i wish i knew about this when i was younger 56 starting out on toning up facial features instead of all the cosmetics I have worn a lot of make up eyeliner and brow pencil. i was never in to foundations because i felt suffocated so here's to clean and natural have a great day

    Hi PETA . Thank you so much for your time and dedication to this channel. While I am loving the results I am seeing I have developed a nasolabial fold that won't quit on my right side. My problem is if I am guilty of overworking it how do I move on from her to rework the area? Do I rest the area for awhile. I am determined to get past this but right now I am stuck.     +Nicholas Pellettiere - Hi Angela it sounds like you are overworking it, as this is the way that more wrinkles appear if you do too much. Here is a link to how the Facerobics programme works - renew-me.com.au/blog/2015/12/03/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/, it will help you understand how to maximise the exercises for success. You need to be doing a full face routine, not just one exercise. I hope that helps :-)

    Hi there. Been watching about 2 weeks. I know this takes a while, but how long before results are seen, would you say? I'm excited to know there's something that can be done about reversing some of these age lines. I also have a derma wand. I use it twice a day. Thanks for putting these vids up.

    hi peta!! i was referred to your channel by a random forum. im 28 years old. People often confuse me for 22-26. i have good skin and a thin long face becuase of gentics. i have slight cheekbones but not much cheeks because me face is slim. i have no wrinkles yet at all. however in the past 1 or 2 ive noticed on my right side a slight nasiolabial fold. its not deep yet and i dont have it on my other side but i can definitely notice it in dark lighting. i did become sick last year (graves disease) and lost 9 lbs in 1 month. i think that is what made me loose volume in my cheeks and cause the NL fold. i have since stopped sleeping on my sides and done some microneedling and bought retin A. i know my NL fold is very minimal but i model and unfournately in my field its a very vain career and its a supreme pressure to look as youthful as ever. i know with favial exercises it is not recommended to spot treat but in view of my age, my no wrinkles skin yet do you recommend i can do just this exercise or can you recommend one of your videos for me. Also is it better to focuse on the NL fold or work on lift the cheeck with will ultimately do the samw thing?. thanl you so much. your skin is beautiful!

    Hi Peta!! Do you have a video that is a full face workout vid? Im an active 47 year old woman who is sort of chair bound until my back surgery, and these videos are really brightening my day. But i would love to do full face workout with you in one video every morning.

    Hi Peta, thanks so much for these exercises. I am new to face exercises and have watched a lot of videos in your channel. I have a question. I am following EAWM Series 1 Level1 Easy exercises. You have told that we should not add to the EAWM series 1, however, I have naso-labial folds and would very much like to try this exercise. Is it safe if I do this exercise everyday after I finish my routine of EAWM Series 1? Thanks again for the wonderful work you are doing.

    TheNow26 Hi TheNow, I started in face exercise out of the need to find ways to rejuvenate naturally and with no cost. I saw myself in the mirror one day and saw I had aged and really didnt know the person who was staring back at me. Very scary! I didnt want to go down the fillers and muscle relaxant track, not that there is anything wrong with that, but it just wasnt for me, I am a lala when it comes to injections. lol! so, I found face exercises and started creating my own ways of doing them after forming more wrinkles!! I am a beautician by trade, from a former life so to speak, and am very interested in the beauty industry. I own a skincare company, with my own label called RENEW ME® and formulated my own natural products along with the help from the chemist, and use those products only, daily. I hope that helps

    Peta this exercise makes me drool lol .Is that normal? I have to laugh my dogs wonder what on earth I'm doing :) Bless their paws. I was putting on my make up friday and noticed that my face looked a bit different.Can't pin point what exactly but something has improved:) I've done my face routine every morning .I think I may need to do more then 50 reps on some exercises though as I adapt to exercise very quickly.So glad I found your channel. xx

    I've been doing the program for several months. Unfortunately I haven't gotten the results I was hoping for. Seems as if my nasobilia lines have gotten possibly deeper not lessen and I have some sagging around the corners of my mouth that I don't think were as prevalent before. I'm sure I've made some mistakes during the process but feel determined to,get it right. I've done all 3 levels and have started over. People used to always guess me to be much younger but seemingly overnight that changed. My main issue had been the nasobilia lines and now the skin folds around the corners of my mouth. I feel I've been doing the program pretty faithfully for a while yet those areas don't seem to be improving so... I wanted to do a program that focuses first on the nasobilia lines and then compliment it with other movements. I believe you to be a person of integrity and still feel that your program is probably the way to go so I want to push on until I achieve results. I workout with weights and am very fit for my age of 56. What's kinda disconcerting to me is that it seems that miniscule errors with your program can not only prevent you from achieving the desired results but can adversely modify your face unlike weight lifting where if you do somewhat correctly your muscles will still grow. I'm not saying this to denigrate you. On the contrary I think you're very generous in offering all that you do. But....I'm still struggling a bit and feel I've done it more than well enough to see some positive results. So back to my original question. Since I want to focus on an exercise to eliminate my nasobilia lines would the cheek plumper be compatible with this exercise? Sorry for such a lengthy response but I wanted you to know where I was coming from. Much respect! Mike

    i know how that feels because i too get disheartened when its not working for me. This is the area of your face that has trouble. We are all the same. My are is around my mouth, and no matter how hard i try to lose those lines after all these years they have only changed minimally. I do understand! So my advice is to just keep going. and for god's sake mike, just keep working thru the series. There is 4 & 5 in the playlists. They are not as an exercise along with me video, but you need to learn them and then just do the routines by yourself. I tell everyone who has the same problem, you have to just keep going to get the best results that your face can give. The errors are not miniscule, the errors I talk about are not following the program ie 50 reps 2 weeks, 100 2 wks and 150 2 weeks and to follow the series. as one series builds upon the next. other errors are doing only one exercise thinking that will work, or doing too many or splitting between am and pm. they are the errors. the way you do the exercises have some leway, they are not the errors i am talking about. so just keep going, have faith, know that your face will do what it wants, know that you may never lose those lines fully just like me, and just keep going. Let me know how you go 🙂

    Also, lol, you can’t focus on areas otherwise you will fatigue more. It’s like overdoing reps. You need balance and work other areas to help pull those muscles up. Do you see what I mean?

    and no matter how many facial exercises you do, you are 56, you are aging, and facial exercise only holds it at bay, its not like fillers and injections, your face will never look perfect, and as you age, it gets harder. these are the hard cold truths and i do talk about this alot about the aging process. as we get older its starts to speed up and i have even seen it on my own face.

    Hi Peta, first of all thanks for your amazing videos.. I started only 3 days ago but I’m already seeing some results. Just a quick question.. as nasolabial folds and marionette lines (if I could understand properly), are caused by weakening of muscle on the cheeks( so cheeks drop and cause them), will any excercise to lift the the cheeks improve the nasolabial folds and marionette Lines? I’m currently doing this exercise, Plus cheeks plumper Plus one for the forehead and one for the double chin. Thank you 😊

    Monica Lomonaco Hi Monica, you are most welcome. If you are first starting, try going to the play list or the video list and have a look at the more recent videos. The first one to watch if you havent already is the 5 Principles of Facerobics Face Exercise here - kzread.info/dash/bejne/gKCYksqFYdaWd5s.html, then have a look at the playlist, with your specific problems in mind and pick out one exercise per muscle group, no more, and learn them, in front of the mirror if you have to. Then, when you feel you have mastered them, put them into a routine, starting from top to bottom. Start with 50 reps, then 100 then 150. Do that for 6 weeks, and then start a new routine over again with different exercises. Then alternate your routine every 6 weeks. It will help greatly! I hope that helps!

    Hello Peta. I am really enjoying doing your routines. Can you please tell me if this is considered a lip exercise as well as the nasolabial folds? Can we include lip exercises every 6 weeks as long as they are different or should we rest the lips for 6 weeks since I know you said that they can be overworked and cause more issues.     FACEROBICS® - Your Face Exercise Coach hello again. I really want to do this exercise and have been following the series. I am now trying to create my own based on how you recommend (how to construct your own routine)to do so if we choose. So again I ask if this is also considered a lip exercise so I know how to incorporate it into the recommended routine? I follow the series and have not come across this in any of the ones that I have seen. Otherwise I would just follow that series. Many thanks.
