"I get to teach what I am passionate about, to people who are really interested in learning it." Dave Farrall is one of our watch leaders on board Götheborg, responsible for organising the work in one of our three watches, with up to twenty deckhands in each. With fourteen years of experience from working with sailing ships, he describes Götheborg like running a small town.
